Bottle. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is medium to dark yellow. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (grass, resin, herbs). Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation, moderately alcoholic. A very Americanized (and simple) hop nose, but thankfully no off notes. Good balance in the mouth too. Overall much better than anyone could expect...it isn’t husky, soapy, or loaded with DMS.

Draft. Very good lager with lots if assertive hops. Refreshing but with lots of flavor. Good choice.

Bottle at the parentals with my pops. Pour is beautifully golden orange with a small white head and great lacing. Sweet smell, almost caramelly, but definintely carries that spicy german hop charactersitc - biscuit, crackers, somewhat grassy, snappy, and sweet. Taste is spicy, hoppy, somewhat earthy, sweet grain, grassy, a touch metallic - though very faint - biscuity, and crackers with a lightly spicy/bitter finish. Medium mouthfeel with high carbonation. Nice!

hoppy bock pours a rich golden with a fine head of small white bubbles. Nose is sharp with floral hops. Taste is dry crisp and clean. Mild malt in mid taste. Finishes with good slow warming hop bitters. Nice beer

Clear golden pour with a white head. Floral hops, nice spice, and some sweet apple esters, and bread. Mile yeast, some citrus peel, and nice biscuit maltiness. The flavor is lightly sweet with some good bread and biscuit character. Really good floral and spicy hops with just a hint of citrus. Some mild lemon, apple esters, and just a touch of bitterness.

Pour out of 22 oz bottle, clear orange-yellow pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of biscuit, bread, some slight hints of earth, spice, slight diacetyl notes, hints of fusel alcohol as well, off notes. Taste is a mix of sweet biscuit, bread, some slight corn, grainy notes, touch of fusels, hints of earth and spice, lots of grassy spice, finishing bitter, dry.

Bomber. Poured clear, bright golden with a nice cap of white head. The aroma picked up fresh grapefruit and juicy floral notes over sweet, toasted bread and a little vanilla supported.. clean and well-balanced. The flavor found chewy bready notes and a kiss of honey at the core, with fresh citrus and grassy bitterness around.. peppery warmth rolled in toward and through the finish.. very tasty stuff! Medium-bodied with low-moderate carbonation on the palate.. loved the balance.. I could drink a lot of this!

Clear light golden beer with a soapy off white head. An aroma of hops and grain, rye maybe. I find the aroma to be more interesting than the flavor. Hops are lighter when tasted as is the grain. That being said, this is imminently drinkable and would make a great crossover beer. As it warms the hops grow and bring more bitterness, fruit, and tartness. The Hallertauer begins to come through.
