light invigorating hop smell that woke my salivary glands like one of pavlov’s dogs. A clear strong gold appearance like a dehydrated straight edge kid taking a piss test. Taste was delicious floral rye, hop start. A clean transitional middle to a delicious gentle malt yeast coating on my lounge as the liquid disappeared. Palate left slightly coated but refreshed ready for another sip. This actually sit right next to the Kick and Clutch as my favorite New Belgium Beers.

Draft. Does not look real pretty and doesn’t carry a lot of aroma. That said, pretty good mouth feel. Nice strong spiciness to start and finishes sweeter. A good combo taste wise.

22 oz bottle. Pours a honey color with a stiff ivory head. Sticky lacing. Aroma of sweet malts, citrus, and bananas. Taste is a bit of spice, sweet malts, tad of citrus, and leaves. Nice bitter finish. Has a slight metallic taste. Very fresh and enjoyable.

Bomber. Clear golden pour with a two finger, foamy white head. Subtle aromas of citrus, yeast and rye. Initial sweet flavor with light spices turned to a sharp, soapy finish. Well carbonated with a dry texture. Refreshing but wasn’t crazy about how these ingredients blended together.

UPDATED: APR 20, 2014 22 oz. Bomber. The beer pours to a clear slightly dark golden color. The aroma is very floral with a little citrus & grass to it. The taste is light bodied with slight hop bitter finish. Overall a very good beer to me.

A straight forward but hoppy brew that’s really good. Aroma is slightly less that you might think, but the hops are there. The flavor has a rustic sweet that is really complemented by the hops that are citrusy. The finish is smooth and faintly bitter and the mouth feel is medium. This brew is certainly for the hop enthusiast...
