3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Thanks to OmegaX for the share. The aroma was interesting; lots of herbs, lemongrass and funk. Flavors didn’t quite match the aroma, perhaps some herbs and yeast though upfront. The finish was of wheat, dank hops and light peach. Very interesting and pretty drinkable for the given potency.

Hmmm....an interesting brew, here. I got aromas of peach and citrus initially, with tons of yeast an a light spicey note afterwords. Pour is peach colored with a bubbly white head. Pleasantly tart with notes of peach and citrus, followed by a light malt presence and more spicey notes. Very nice.

Sampled with Kristen on Christmas 2012. Clearish straw colored pour with suspended small particulate throughout and sudsy white head. Nose of citrus lemon cleanser, but not unpleasant. Flavor is very fresh and refreshing with lemon peel, very slight tartness, slight yeastiness, hints of vanilla, and citrus. This was actually a quite nice surprise, and a great colab for these guys.

Draft to taster. Looks solid; a transparent gold with white lacing. Smells solid too; tart and minty. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. I get some tea notes in there too. Pleasantly interesting.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle thanks to adnielson ! Pours a yellow golden color with a pretty viscous body and a limited head... The nose is slightly tangy with nice lemon bready sourdough and big floral notes with a touch of honey sweetness. On the palate its taste alot like it smells. The body is very viscous leaving a coating on the mouth that is a bit to much for my liking. They flavors are nice and pretty complex I would just like a touch more bubble to lighen up the body of the beer.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bomber. Mostly clear, golden color with a foamy white head. Aroma is a mixture of yeast, sourdough and citrus. Funky cheese-like flavor. Leaves a slight sour aftertaste that makes your mouth pucker. Average carbonation with a mostly dry texture. Different, but I preferred the traditional Biere de Garde previously offered in this series.
