COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Famous in Michigan for farmhouse ales, our friends at Brewery Viviant introduced us to their biere de garde ale yeast strain. From there, we imagined a slightly tart, intentionally dry beer with hints of bergamot citrus that pairs perfectly with French cheeses.

A - pours filtered orange with almost no head. S - smells like sulfur, lager, orange peel. M - medium light body. No carb. Simple palate. Lingering alcohol warmed end. On Tap at Whole Foods hazy soft yellow with a modest bright white head. Soft faint lemon citrus aroma. Plain light golden my flavor. Some citrusy notes but very subtle and dry. Easy sipper.

Pour out of 22 oz bottle, hazy golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of white fruit, hints of slight oak, grass, touch of earth in there as well, slight peach, hints of biscuit, bread. Taste is a mix of grass, biscuit, bread, hints of touch of oaky tones, slight white fruit, peach, slight white fruit, finishing slightly spicy, dry.
