Say hola to a spiced up ale full of cocoa and ancho, guajillo, chipotle peppers. But don’t fear the heat, because plenty of caramel and chocolate malts bring a smooth, complex flavor. Scents of cinnamon when poured will have your saying "¡Ole For Mole!"

Bottle: Pours red-brown with a creamy ,light tan head. Cola, chocolate, cinnamon aroma. Thick chocolate/cocoa malt, chile taste. Creamy and malty. Nice lingering and increasing chile heat. Not overblown or gimmicky..... Well done.

22 oz bottle poured and split. From notes. Pours a dark syrupy brown color with a ton of head and lace. I hear crap about them all the time, but I’m very much alright with these pepper beers, and I hope they continue. Not saying they are all going to be great, but this one is pretty good. Spice filled, chocolate aroma. Flavor is a cinnamon storm. I should have just put the way I spelled cinnamon on my notes. Not close. At least it doesn’t take spelling skills to enjoy great beer. I’d be in trouble. I think most of us would. Finishes with more chocolate and spice. Very impressionable, memorable beer. Flavor sticks with you. Enjoyed this one.

Dark pour like chocolate syrup. Nice chocolate nose. Spicy fudge flavor is almost ruined by the heavy alcohol burn. One of the few porters I actually like. On tap @ 3 Cellars Milwaukee.

On tap, poured a clear brown hue w/ medium tan head diminishing to a ring w/ minor lacing. Moderate spicy aromas of cinnamon and peppers. Initial flavor is moderate sweet w/ spicy finish. Tastes are cinnamon, brown sugar, chipotle, vanilla and toast. Medium bodied with a bold lingering heat. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bomber. Chocolate malt aroma with peppers and cinnamon notes as well, smells like Mexican hot chocolate. Pours dark brown with a thin tan head with poor retention and very little lacing. Starts with rich chocolate, caramel sugar and cinnamon flavors with a medium body. Finishes with a nice pepper kick which fades in to more chocolate until the peppers hint the back of the throat with a mild, but non-lingering burn. Good pepper spiced beer that balanced the heat and sweet very well.

Bottle. Pours a rather dark brown color with a smallish light tan head on there. Nose definitely has some chocolate coming through, but hints of that chili really give it that mole feel. Taste is actually a bit spicy with some chocolate to it, as well as a bit of bread and toast.

Draft at Imbibe Wine. Nose is chocolate, cinnamon, and a light pepperiness. Clear light brown with a medium beige head. Flavor is cinnamon and light Chipotle heat up front with lots of caramelized sugar and a bit of chocolate for the backbone. Nice!

8 oz glass from Eastside. Dark pour with solid tan head. Spicy cocoa aroma. Chocolate, cinnamon and pepper spice. Nice sweetness to offset the decent spice. Nice beer!
