3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
draft at Stone Brewery, pale cloudy yellow mildy tangerine color, thin white head, aroma is tartness, flavor is quite tart and sour, peach flavors are not very evident, bugs must have ate all the fruit, I enjoy the quality of the sours and the intensity of the sours, this is not the overwhelming geuze style that Iíve had many times over that are sometimes difficult to swallow more than 6 ounces of, this was quite drinkable and went well with the tikka masala I ate with it, good stuff!

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
From notes. Enjoyed at Dougís house for the Epic Peach and Apricot debacle of a tasting that happened on July 9. 22 oz bottle. The pour is a dirty golden yellow, hazy, with a thinner white head that leaves pretty quickly. The aroma is quite vinous and woody. There is not a whole lot of fruit happening here. Iím not sure why in the hell this is on a list of peach must-haves. The flavor is much of the same. Lots of barrel and a tropical fruit before the tart peaches come lumbering in. Itís light bodied with a crisper carbonation, which is about the best thing I can say here. The aftertaste is tart peach and lots of woodiness. Itís not the best thing on any accord. Sigh.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Appearance: hazy medium gold with a short, short-lived fizzy off-white head, minimal lacing. (3/5) Aroma: tart vinous, stone fruit, woody. (7/10) Taste: moderate sweet, moderate tart, light bitter. (7/10) Medium-light body, low carbonation, off-dry mildly tart finish. (3/5)
So, the bottle says itís a ďsour beer for those who donít like sour beers and a fruit beer for those who donít like fruit beers.Ē This comes perilously close to the truth in the contrapositive: itís not really a sour beer for those who DO like sour beers, or a fruit beer for those who DO like fruit beers. Thatís not to say itís bad, as such, but itís more like a bottle of supermarket chardonnay, than a beer. A light vinous tart aroma presents upon decapping, and pretty much sets the stage for the white wine character that follows. Stone fruit is present, but not well-defined. Thereís even a light, gose-like saltiness toward the end, making this very much a hybrid style, but itís more a case of ďtoo many cooksĒ than anything else. A bit muddled, but ultimately not unpleasant. (13/20)

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sour peach and salty tart aromas come from this clear medium yellow brew with no head. Tart indeed with a citrus and fruity underlying note. It's smooth medium bodied brew low carb. Has a bit of sweetness hidden behind the tart.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle. A slightly hazed yellow golden color with a white head. A strong peach aroma but balanced well enough against the sour and barrel aging.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A wonderful sour. Some green apple, pear, yeast, wheat, vinegar that all come together in a very tart little beer.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pint bottle from Big Red Liquor, Indianapolis. Pours a muddy dark, orange/gold body with minimal fizzy head that disappears quickly. Nose of fruit juice, yeast, and effervescence. The sour bite is evident immediately upon imbibing with notes of citrus, peach, and candy all around. The sour yeast lingers. High carbonation and light body. A refreshing and interesting brew.
