4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Intoxicating aroma - dry, bready and lemon perfume. Frothy white head and bright golden yellow color. Champagne-like effervescence - a party on my lips. Very dry, citrusy with lemon and orange flavors playing like hard candy on the tongue. Light spices become evident as it warms, coriander, ginger and green tea. Yellow, fizzy and NOT for woosies! Have faith.

"zesty citrusy yeast in the aroma and flavor. well done enough that this could be a good summer session beer. a little musty, with a touch of brett to produce a dry finish, but still light and refreshing. enjoyable yellow pee-pee beer...yeah!! "

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Backlog rating on 10-20-2012 at Fort Wayne Ratebeer Gathering (Bottle provided by jsquire) This beer forms a small white head that is mostly lasting, pale yellow hazy body, very little carbonation, floaties, and spotty amounts of lacing. The aroma is funky, fruity, tart, and sweet. The flavor mimics the aroma. This beerís mouthfeel is smooth and this beer is light-medium bodied. This beer is quaffable and worth trying.

Sampled at Ft Wayne RB tasting - Pours hazy gold with a lasting white head and a very fruity smell. The flavor is slightly funky with tart, fruity, and earthy characteristics. Itís bubbly and finishes dry. Really good.

22oz bomber. Pours a lightly hazy yellow straw with a thick fizzy white head. Nose is medium sweet, light herbal character, apple, pear, dusty. Flavor is similar and kind of a letdown for the price. But I should have known better.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
This bottled brew from a rating party poured a very large sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a softly carbonated hazy yellow colored body and a thick foamy lacing. The aroma was floral and funky. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The mild flavor contained notes of funk and floral. An OK brew just nothing special.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bomber. Poured clear, bright golden with a dense, well-retained white head. The aroma picked up bright Brett-like fruitage, pineapple, and cloves over a soft, fairly nondescript pale malt base.. smelled very clean and refreshing. The flavor found a lot of fruity and floral, Bretty dryness on the edges, but the core was a bit lacking.. lightly-tart pineapple zest and floral notes on the quick, dry finish. Light-medium bodied, dry, and lightly tangy on the palate.. Orval-ish, but at least a standard deviation removed.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy golden color out of the bottle with a big fuzzy white head. Odd dusty lemon rind and a little funk in the nose. Lemon tartness with some tangerine and rotten lemon rind. Dry grass finish. Okay but not that interesting.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Jan. 10th, 2010 - The story behind the Le Fleur, Misseur? is my favorite brew backstory in craft beer. Itís everything natural and idyllic that I like in beer culture. It traces New Belgiumís explosive growth back to one man sitting on the side of a Belgian path, inspired by one kind cross-culture gesture. I feel like I can already forgive this beer for any flaws in its flavor profile. It produces little head, and glows with a transparent, pale honey colored hue. The aroma is likewise light, but sharp with sour cherry, agave and white grape acidity. Somewhere in between the sour cherries are dumped, leaving a light and sweet flavor that starts with honey and refined sugar, then shifts down to a much plainer sweetness with florals and a slight soapy alkaline flavor. Itís light drinking, but not my style. The story, Iím afraid, is much more touching than the beer.
