Fruity aroma of spices and brett with notes of hops.

Draught @ Über Tavern, Seattle. Pours a clear golden color with a white head. Fruity malty spicey aroma with some slightly tasrt hints. Sweetish malty spicey and slightly yeasty flavor. Sweetish malty fruity spicey finish.

Tasting at Papsø, bottle at 6.2% ABV
Cloudy blond color; thin head. Nice aroma, spicy and a bit Bretty. The body is lean, tha malt flavor is light, but there is a nice spice and Bretts profile, a bit astringent in the end. Correct bitterness. Pleasant.

(Draught) Pours a cloudy golden body with a medium white head. Aroma of orange peel, ginger, florals, pear, pepper, and light horse blanket. Flavor of orange, herbs, toasted grain, and yeast.

UPDATED: SEP 7, 2009 Draught at Falling Rock Taphouse. Cloudy yellow - white head. Very close to Orval. Dryness, soapy, brett, wheaty, peppery, sharpness, crispy, nice hoppy, spicy. Lovely.

Cloudy tan colour. Very fruity, slightly funky, yeasty aroma. Bracinginly dry yeastiness, with a hint of tartness. Too yeasty for my preference.
