COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Le Terroir is a French term meaning ‘Of the Earth.’ Used to reference the environmental conditional that affect the brew, we like to think about the terroir of our foeders. These wooden barrels age our sour beer in varying temperatures, humidity and vibrations. The terroir of New Belgium, so to speak. Add in another variable by dry-hopping with peachy, mango-like Amarillo hops, and we created a beer that changes every time we brew it.

Really nice aroma. Tropical fruit and wild yeast like those crroked stave beers. Flavor follows.

Tap at Max’s Sour Fest. Pours clear gold with thin, fizzy white head. Aroma is floral and grassy hops, citrus fruit, lemon zest, cookie malts, faint spice, and faint funk. Flavor is sour and citrus esters forward with light floral notes before drying out to light semisweet malts and faint grassiness; dry finish. Light/medium body and medium carbonation.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours a dark gold with a white head. Taste tart, citrus, sour. I thought this was pretty good. I would definitely drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Yes please. Bottle shared by Jkwood. Nice hoppy sour. Herbal grassy hops and oaky spice compliment a sharply lactic tart beer with some bright peach and citrus notes.
