COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Le Terroir is a French term meaning ‘Of the Earth.’ Used to reference the environmental conditional that affect the brew, we like to think about the terroir of our foeders. These wooden barrels age our sour beer in varying temperatures, humidity and vibrations. The terroir of New Belgium, so to speak. Add in another variable by dry-hopping with peachy, mango-like Amarillo hops, and we created a beer that changes every time we brew it.

Tastes like sparkling fizzy red grapefruit with a pink amber color. Smells of bright spring nights full of honey and citrus.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours a dark gold with a white head. Taste tart, citrus, sour. I thought this was pretty good. I would definitely drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Yes please. Bottle shared by Jkwood. Nice hoppy sour. Herbal grassy hops and oaky spice compliment a sharply lactic tart beer with some bright peach and citrus notes.

22 ounce bottle served in a New Belgium goblet (the little one). This might be the best Lips of Faith beer yet. So tart, so great.

Bottle to glass. This is the real deal. Best Lips of Faith, PERIOD! Hoppy and funky on the nose. Hazy and golden on the pour! I love floaties! Smells like truckers nut and tastes like the skittle’s rainbow. Fruity, hoppy, and sour!!!

Dank tropical notes on the nose with some funk and hay notes. The taste is sour fruits, hay, funk which all ties back in to this tropical mango/peachiness on the finish.

Thanks to Jason for sharing this poured a golden color with aromas of fresh cut fruit, hay, light funk and some hops. Flavors were sour fruit and hay with a weird aftertaste of hops. The hops taste is different and some how it works for this beer.
