3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Clear gold pour with a small head that fades to a small ring. Aroma is very herbal with some peaches, flowers and light sour fruit funk. Tastes light to moderate sour. Very herbal and woodsy. Sour lemon and peaches finish it out. Moderately acidic. Dry, white wine finish. Not as good as I was hoping for. Odd to have so much herbal flavor with the sour fruit.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pour is mostly transparent golden amber with lots of off white head. Nose is heavily resinous hop with citrus notes and a bit of candied sugar and light nights of bread crust and grain. Taste has a bit more grain up front, gets resinous, lots of hops, moderate sourness, a bit bitter in back, light acidity, candied sugar mid palate, citrus and some leathery brett notes. Medium body, a bit syrupy, decent carb.
