Using dandelion greens to bitter a Belgian-style ale blossomed from our brewers collaborating with Red Rock Brewing. This being our sixth interpretation together since 2008, expect a wonderfully complex ale fermented with wild Belgian yeast and blended with just a touch of wood-aged beer. Bitterness imparted from dandelion greens and grains of paradise will have you blowing wishes for sips.

Hazy golden pour with a nice white head. Aroma is spicy, yeasty, and has a tart fruitiness. Taste was fairly sweet overall. Also get a lot of pepper and spiciness with some tart fruit as well. Slick body.

Best enjoyed by May 2014 on the label. A- it pours a hazy to cloudy orange, usual well dones with the foam and lacing. S- it smells earthy, with light notes of fruit..not much going on with the nose, really. T- my this starts of very fruity sweet, turns kind of neutral, then I get some peach thatís a balance of sweet and sour in the finish. Thereís an odd flavour in it. Must be the grains of paradise and or dandelion greens. Weird tasting, and whatís weirder is that the further I get into the session, the more the tastes seem to drop off. M- lightish carbonation works with the medium body. O- Iím not a fan. If the abv was much lower, it would be more drinkable but it still wouldnít be a beer that Iíd seek out again.

Bottle. Lactic barley malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow with minimal head. Sweet flowery malt initially with mild sour lactic finish. Not bad - definitely different.

On draught at Khouryís in Henderson, NV. Slightly hazy orange color with a thin white head that diminishes quickly to an outer ring. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast and slightly funky fruit. Medium to full body with flavors of earthy yeast, herbs and ripe fruit. The finish is sweet with a fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft. Clear golden - light amber pour, with a white head. Sweet dough, a bit earthy, grains of paradise, light citrus, and yeast. These lips of faith beers all taste about the same.

Draught. Cloudy juicy appearance. Light but pleasant fruity and floral aroma. Mixed flavour, some spice but a peach sweet note. Balanced finish

22 fl oz / 650mL bottle at a tasting. Aroma: Interesting. Kind of a light aroma, but I picked up a sort of nutty/toffee scent. Appearance: Clear yellowish, with a diminishing white head. Taste: Biscuity, but pretty acidic. Kind of reminded me of sauv blanc; acidic and a little flowery. Not my favorite. Palate: Light body, short finish. Overall: A little too flowery for me, but a decent brew.

Yellow with a white head. The aroma is full of peaches with some biscuit malt notes. The flavor is similar. I get a ton of fruity apricot character, with some sugar and biscuit thrown in. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Bomber from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours hazy gold with a foamy white head. Nose is tart fruit. Med body. Flavor is a mystery at first. With 15 secs or so there are Belgian fruit-esters, and some light bitterness. It edges on a citric sour. Seems dry. Finishing bitter and becoming more towards sour. Donít know why I canít get more enthusiastic about this.
