4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Definitely unusual. The base taste is Belgian yeast. After that, a cacophony of complexity that defies complete identification of individual components. Getting some smokiness (from the wood aging maybe?). Getting some bitterness (from the dandelions maybe?). Getting some sweetness (presumably from the peach juice?). It's interesting and I like it for its uniqueness -- this to me is what American craft brewing is about: saying "screw it" to established categories and blazing new trails. Solid B/B+.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bomber. Pours a hazy yellow color with an off-white creamy head. Good head retention. Aroma of syrupy fruits, earthy notes, mustard, spice, vegetal notes, stone fruits. The taste is citrus, spice, stone fruits and a spicy, earthy finish. Medium bodied, lingering spice. Interesting.

Appearance: Pours a moderately hazed, darkish golden-orange body with an initially tall, white head that swiftly collapses. Little wisps of lacing on the way down.
Smell: Pale, pils malts, a bit bready with a thin sweet-scented quality to it akin to a distant sniff of honey-based candy. Then, raw peach puree. Spicy accents, culminated from the rye, alcohol, spicing, and d-lions.
Taste: Pale malts, slight bready, pils accents with some muddled honey sweetness. Hint of a bellini. Very restrained hint of the Grains of Paradise, which, as it is a spice I’m not too particularly keen on, is a positive. Slight additional bite from the phenolics, the dandelion greens, the rye, and the alcohol. Mild butyric acid quality, as the sourish addition rolls in. Creamyish, lightly sour, lightly peach-laden finish with a lingering alcoholic warmth and slight spiciness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-plus body. Medium carbonation. Slight creamy, mouth-coating quality.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
The beer is relatively headless and not very strong in the aroma. The flavor however is quite nice. Some sourness with a little peach but not in a sweet way, I found this to be one of the better lips,of faith fruit beers. In fact, I think I could drin a whole bunch of these. Vastly underrated, IMO.

Hazy golden pour with a nice white head. Aroma is spicy, yeasty, and has a tart fruitiness. Taste was fairly sweet overall. Also get a lot of pepper and spiciness with some tart fruit as well. Slick body.

Best enjoyed by May 2014 on the label.
A- it pours a hazy to cloudy orange, usual well dones with the foam and lacing.
S- it smells earthy, with light notes of fruit..not much going on with the nose, really.
T- my this starts of very fruity sweet, turns kind of neutral, then I get some peach that’s a balance of sweet and sour in the finish. There’s an odd flavour in it. Must be the grains of paradise and or dandelion greens. Weird tasting, and what’s weirder is that the further I get into the session, the more the tastes seem to drop off.
M- lightish carbonation works with the medium body.
O- I’m not a fan. If the abv was much lower, it would be more drinkable but it still wouldn’t be a beer that I’d seek out again.
