3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Rich hazy peach and copper coloured body with a nice, one centimetre tall just off-white head. Aroma of pale malt, peaches, apricots, hay, grass, caster sugar and a bit of light spices and a touch of white tea. Medium-bodied; Assertive sweetness up front from apricots and grapes, a little hay and musty maltiness and some more pungent and definitely more filling alcohol and barnyardie yeastiness coming through. Aftertaste shows a pleasant mix of malt, sugars, grassiness, yeast and the slightest hint of sour flavours at the very end. Overall, a nice and refreshing, yet complex beer with a lot of alcohol, a good deal of sweetness, all with a light feeling and hints of grassy/herbal notes. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Arrowine in Arlington, Virginia on 19-July-2013 for US$8.99 sampled at home in Washington on 22-October-2013.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Very slightly cloudy pale golden color, with a large, sudsy, off-white head. Chardonnay and chalky bouquet. A note or two of Belgian spiciness. A bit of an oily mouthfeel, with some light astringency right at the finish. Fruity Chardonnay. I get the notes of the peach juice in the form of canned peaches. Belgian yeast is evident, but not overpowering. Meh.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sample at Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2013. Hazy hay yellow liquid with small white head. Aroma of dandelions, earth, fruit, bread, lacto and light apples. Taste is light sweet, light bitter and light sour with notes of earth, fruit and bread. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. OK, quite weird.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft. From notes. Fruity and yeasty with a sweet finish. Not getting much from the dandelion here but I do get a nice citrus note. Good, but not great.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle. Let this beer age for about 9 months. Lightly hazy gold with a short white head. Aroma cold is not that bold. Allowed to warm, it blossoms. Yeast is most prevalent followed by equal parts peach and dandelion. The dandelion is muted. A little wet hay as well and a very mild funkiness. Taste ups the yeast and candy sugar, light woody notes, pineapple. Body is medium with a strong early carbonation. Beer has little alcohol burn at this age despite its high ABV. Finish has kind of a melon quality. Not exactly dry, but ending on a sweet flourish. An excellent beer.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours hazy light orange with a thin layer of creamy white head and a steady stream of carbonation. Very earthy, slightly funky aroma with notes of stone fruit that I would say was highly unusual, except that itís similar to the Lips of Faith Pluot. Unique flavor thatís somewhere between a Belgian ale and a fruity wheat beer. Iím getting the peach and grains of paradise, but not really detecting the wood-aged component. Thatís fine, since it might otherwise be too busy. Iím sure itís not everyoneís cup of tea, but Iím a fan.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy orange-amber with a frothy whitish head. Aroma of bread, Belgian yeast, peach, and herbs. Taste is yeasty, a little syrupy sweet, a little bitter, and a little acidic. Slight booziness. Medium, semi-syrupy body with light carbonation.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Woody, with earthy notes and then fruity layers, too. Dry front but a surprisingly sweet finish. I havenít liked too many beers in the herbal/weeds style of things, but this works reasonably well. (bottle, 2013 Ale Jail festival, St. Paul, MN)

bottle. Golden with small head. Light peachiness and slightly boozy. Was hoping for a little more flavor, though it grew on me as it warmed.
