3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a golden yellow color with a small white head. The aroma is sour peaches and brett. It smells great! If I only smelled it I would think I was about to drink a sour. The taste is initially peach followed by alcohol. Itís definitely a sipper. A little sweet, not really sour at all. Really good, but I could only have it every once in a while

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft pour at Brouwers Cafe. Pours a bright clear orange color with a super fresh peach aroma. No surprises on this one. Obvious brett yeast present flavor and a ton of fresh peach and apricot. Quite refreshing but has a bit of a soapy side as well. Long, drawn out yeast flavor finish. Overall not bad.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Sampled at Slutfest Five. Clear golden pour with ring of sticky white head. The brett is really starting to come out much more than when it was fresh. Much very odd. peach and molasses are unusual pairings of flavors. better than when it was fresh, but still not quite for me.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Old rating. Peach colored. Plenty of sweet near artificial peach, some barnyard and slight tartness. Too sweet to really be a winner. Just okay,

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
roma has got a decent hop character, peach, lightly yeasty, light lemon notes, and subtle malt notes. Appearance is a clear golden with a medium white head that diminishes into a soapy film. Taste is quite interesting, more of a robust characteristic, vinous, peach, lemon, sweet, lightly sour, and a nice hop backing that pokes through. Palate is medium mouthfeel, with a lingering aftertaste of fruit. Overall, Pretty nice stuff. I enjoyed it. Cheers!

2.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pour was orange gold in color, white small head, weak lacing. Aroma of peaches and funk. Flavor of sweet peaches, light fruits, yeast, bread, raisins, light tart funk in finish. Mouthfeel was sticky and sweet, cloying, slight tart zing in aftertaste. Meh.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
"Cloudy gold. Musty aroma of sour fruit and spice. Folks at the table expected something with this name to be light and refreshing, but itís not. Strong sour fruit flavor is raisin and yeast bread with just a hint of apricot, not very peachy. Heavy & alcoholic, earthy & grassy. Coats the tongue, chewy, very fine carbonation. Enjoyed but not expected."

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Bittercreek today... Holding up better than expected, but the peachiness is fading a bit...
short lasting white head... no real lacing and little retention.. the brew is slightly hazed polished golden.. very pretty despite the head negatives.
Fruit nose seems like a bit of "cooked or canned peach"... a bit of an earthy note makes me think "brett", but it is very mild.. some light pale malt helps carry the fruit... never sweet smelling..
Honestly, the peach sorta moves in the palate.. but it seems more like apricot... Not getting too much in the "brett" area... fruity.. mild earthy notes...
Body is a bit heavy.... but that is expected given the ABV.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
has a great orange gold color, similar to a peach, go figure. mostly clear, with a quickly dissolving head. it has a great brett aroma, slight barnyard bready notes, some sweetness as well in the aroma possibly from the molasses. the malt actually seems to present it self well. lots of carbonation in this one a bit more then i would like. it allows the beer to past through quickly however it leaves an alcoholic bite and slightly cloying in the finish. overall its average. its not something i would seek out but not something i would not try again. the aroma is the most interesting part of this beer. the flavor is somewhat sweet, somewhat fruity. but to alcoholic to really enjoy. i will surely be longing with this one.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
5 oz. pour, on tap at Stone Tap in Hudson, WI. Consumed on 6-25-14. Pours a mostly clear but slightly hazy dull brass with a small amount of off-white head. Effervescent. I definitely get the peach in the aroma, but I also get lemon, raspberry, banana, and cookie scents in the tart aroma. Strong, tart, peachy, malty taste. Pronounced caramel sweetness. Boozy. Medium body, but light body for the level of alcohol. Soft in the palate. This is a substantial and solid beer. It becomes less of a sweet, fruity, booze bomb and more of a saison upon multiple sips. It probably is better than my rating indicates, but I canít figure out a place fairly to increase its score.
