3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from AZ Wine. Pours a pale copper hue with a fleeting off-white head. Smells of underripe peaches and butterscotch. Tastes of caramel, molasses, brett, and moldy biscuits. Tasty.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Bittercreek today... Holding up better than expected, but the peachiness is fading a bit...
short lasting white head... no real lacing and little retention.. the brew is slightly hazed polished golden.. very pretty despite the head negatives.
Fruit nose seems like a bit of "cooked or canned peach"... a bit of an earthy note makes me think "brett", but it is very mild.. some light pale malt helps carry the fruit... never sweet smelling..
Honestly, the peach sorta moves in the palate.. but it seems more like apricot... Not getting too much in the "brett" area... fruity.. mild earthy notes...
Body is a bit heavy.... but that is expected given the ABV.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
has a great orange gold color, similar to a peach, go figure. mostly clear, with a quickly dissolving head. it has a great brett aroma, slight barnyard bready notes, some sweetness as well in the aroma possibly from the molasses. the malt actually seems to present it self well. lots of carbonation in this one a bit more then i would like. it allows the beer to past through quickly however it leaves an alcoholic bite and slightly cloying in the finish. overall its average. its not something i would seek out but not something i would not try again. the aroma is the most interesting part of this beer. the flavor is somewhat sweet, somewhat fruity. but to alcoholic to really enjoy. i will surely be longing with this one.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
5 oz. pour, on tap at Stone Tap in Hudson, WI. Consumed on 6-25-14. Pours a mostly clear but slightly hazy dull brass with a small amount of off-white head. Effervescent. I definitely get the peach in the aroma, but I also get lemon, raspberry, banana, and cookie scents in the tart aroma. Strong, tart, peachy, malty taste. Pronounced caramel sweetness. Boozy. Medium body, but light body for the level of alcohol. Soft in the palate. This is a substantial and solid beer. It becomes less of a sweet, fruity, booze bomb and more of a saison upon multiple sips. It probably is better than my rating indicates, but I can’t figure out a place fairly to increase its score.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at Chruchkey for New Belgium event. Poured a hazy golden color with a small white head. Aroma was some funky notes of peach, some pineappel. Sweet notes. Flavor was a little odd - Donnie says ketchup and I suppose I get a bit of a cheap, sugary corn syrup, note from the kind of off-brand ketchup you find in a diner. I think it was more just funky yeast notes on this one.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
4 ounce draft pour (2012) at ChurchKey. Pours a hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of ketchup and light peaches. Tastes of ketchup, light peaches, funk, booze. Guessing the ketchup notes are from the Brett. Thin body with a dry finish. Low carbonation. Strange, would like to try this fresh.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Doesn’t mesh super well. Donny and Chris say ketchup and its definitely something along those lines. Syrupy artificial and sweet. Amber with no head and lacing. Bitterish sour finish that doesn’t mesh. Tap at Churchkey takeover.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
UPDATED: MAY 29, 2014 Tap: Cloudy golden-orange, slightly pale with not much of a head, just a thin, white film that spreads across the top. Aroma was full of peach & yeast. A little boozy, too, but mostly just some chalky peaches & a zesty yeast background. Taste is a little weird for me... The peach is abrasively sweet, distractingly so... Lighter notes of apple & pear. Gets better as it warms, the 9.4% ABV becomes noticeable, but it helps to balance the sweetness. Notes of clove, bubblegum, seems like Belgian yeast? Though I would have never guessed Brett. Bready, sweet peach, lightly chalky & fruity finish. I usually love peach things but I didn’t love this beer.
