Draft. Crystal clear apple juice body with small off-white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, plum, some dusky, light alcohol. Taste is moderately sweet, plum, some alcohol warming, light caramel, Brett/cherry. Medium-full body, some stickiness.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
this ale had a clear yellow-gold pour with just a hint of orange and gave a one finger white head that receded to a thin cover and sticky ring, the glass had a center stream of medium flowing bubbles, and there were spots and fingers of lacing on the sides of the glass, there was no sediment in the bottle,
there were aromas of peach, pear and apple fruit, white grape, faint fruit esters in the background and fruit sweetness,
it had flavors of peach and pear with other fruit, very little malt, the finish had a bit of alcohol drying on the palate,
the mouth feel was less than medium with a bit of a creamy feel on the tongue, and it had soft to average carbonation,
the fruit was out front in the aroma and flavor of this beer, it was pretty much a one dimensional drink, all fruit, it was alright but not interesting or a drink that stands out for any particular reason.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Definitely a hit for your favorite fruity Belgian.
An unassuming golden pour with minimal and quickly receding head give way to a full bodied Belgian with only subtle hints of that hybrid fruit, yielding to subtly spicy Belgian character.
Best fruity beer I've had to date.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Like most people, I assume, Iíve never heard of pluots. This pours a nice, seductive golden hue, with just a fizzle of carbonation. It drinks with an interesting, fruity, alcoholic warmth, Iíd call it peach or apricot, I think. Definitey a "slippery" beer ... not a big, fizzy beer. Nice on a hot afternoon. (#5046, 6/2/2013)

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours orange gold with no head. Interesting to use pluot but not picking up the flavor of much else. A little pineapple. No noticeable hop flavor. Mouthfeel hits you right in your sinuses.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
@ Hops and Pie. Clear darker golden with a dissipating white head. Nose has some juicy fruitiness like a cross between pineapple and plum, with a sweet sugary pale grain background. Big body and flavor with honey sweetness and juicy umami laced fruit. Like peach but not...maybe like mango, or something. Caramalt background adding to the sweetness, but has a nice dry fruity finish with a sugary aftertaste.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured from bottle into a tulip glass. Pours a clear golden color with an initial moderate white head that fades quickly. Aroma is slightly fruity and a Belgian yeast funkiness. Taste is a little yeasty up front but fades with into pluot fruitiness with a twinge of sourness. Mouthfeel is a little sharp. An interesting try but I donít think I would buy it again.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draft. Bright golden color, white edge head. Aroma is a bit odd, but then again I donít know what a pluot is, and I donít feel like googling it. I do know what a kulatt (?sp) is, because my mother used to wear them in the í60s, so there you go. The taste is not unpleasant, but sweet, strupy, and similarly unrecognizable. Easily the best pluot beer Iíve ever had.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottle. Pours a clear dark golden color with a moderate white head. Nose is slightly fruity, but more skunk in there. Taste is slightly sweet and I can definitely get the plum elements. Not a huge fan of this.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle pours a golden-orange with a full white head. Aromas of peach and apricot. Taste is very fruity and sweet up front, pretty incredible how well the alcohol is masked. A bit of bitterness at the finish, but overcome well by the plum and Belgian yeast.
