COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cross pollinate your tastebuds with Belgian imagination and you’ll be sipping this ale while visions of pluots dance in your head. Pluots? A hybrid of apricots and plums that impart a subtle sweetness. Ferment that with a wild Belgian yeast strain and you have a fruity yet spicy nature with a body reminiscent of red wine. Delicious.

Poured from a cold bottle. Clear golden color, small white head. Sour wet towel, rotten fruit smell. Not subtle in any way, fruit apricot.

Mild almost non existent aroma, hint of fruit. Taste of rancid fruit, that stays on your palate.

Draft at the brewery. Wow, surprised to see how much some people hate this. Pours a mostly clear gold with a small white head. The pluots are on full display here, with some sweet malts and honey. Medium-bodied, with a sweet, thick, fruity mouthfeel and mellow carbonation. A little tartness, but very mild.

Sat down to drink and was excited because I heard a lot about this company but was quickly disappointed.

Smells like a tart pluot. The color is a clear blonde color with little head. Slightly tatr at firts then sweet and pluotie. Then tart again. Its a medium body and i shall drink it.

I just recently visited the brewery in Ft. Collins CO. Loved this place. I taste a lot of plum and tangerines. Its a nice approach to a Belgian style ale or "New Belgium " style to put it correctly .

Horrid experiment gone wrong and they didn’t have the sense to scrap the whole thing. In short it tastes like they chopped and ground up a pluot tree and threw it in the mash boil. Fruit stone juice. Gag!

Poured from a 22 ounce bottle. The aroma is off. Baby diaper and grapes. The flavor is more of the same. Dirty, grape filled, diapers. Footbalmed after a few ounces.

Pour is a clear blonde with a large white head. Aroma is a nice fruity, yeasty mix. Flavor is about the same. Nice citrus fruit with some fruity yeasty esters. The 10% is not found making this dangerous. This beer has some bad reviews but I found It to be a fresh, fruity and enjoyable beer. Probably does not need to be 10% but having a small sample is worth your time.
