COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Alpine might be small, but their brewing chops are mighty. We teamed up to create this triple dry-hopped imperial IPA bursting with Columbus, Amarillo, Centennial and Simcoe hops. Consider yourself a hero for getting an Alpine beer outside of San Diego.

Bottled. A golden beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops, malt, and cats piss. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, lemons, peaches, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle in hotel room prior to flight to Vienna. Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is soft and airy but with sharp carbonation. Creamy malt. Resinous pine with mellow citrus. Mild aniseed and salty brett. Trace of fresh orange peel. Finishes soft and semi dry with a spicy aftertaste. Pretty good.
