2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Cloudy golden amber with a short, fading white head. Aroma is cinnamon and incense. Smells like being in an incense store or the arts and crafts store. Pure spice notes and not much else. Taste is cinnamon, spice, tart fruit, soft yeast, dried flowers and wet wood. Body is light and the carbonation is sharp and prickly. Lingering tartness throughout with a soft dryness towards the finish. Ends with more cinnamon, spice notes, tart fruit, wheat, wet wood and soft yeast. Not my cup of tea.

4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
22oz bottle poured into tulip glass
Aroma: smells tart, raspberries, coriander and spices,
Appearance: hazy, pale yellow color with 1 finger of tan head that faded very quickly.
Taste: medium sweet, heavy sour, mild bitter
Palate: finish is dry, medium sour and mild bitter. carbonation is lively. body is light and texture is thin.
Overall: much lighter than expected. no where near as tart as La Folie. I enjoyed this one more than La Folie. Very crisp and refreshing. Not getting much from the oak.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bomber. Thanks to brenn79 for picking this up for me. Aroma consists of sour funk, fruit (sour berry jam), faint cinnamon, basement. Pours hazy cantaloupe with a medium off-white head that collapses after a couple of minutes into a collar of foam. Taste is sweet and lightly tart and acidic. Thereís some spiciness to it in the back of the throat, which I guess is from the cinnamon, although I donít taste that particular spice. The oak is apparent, but not prominent. Highly carbonated with a watery texture. This is pretty simple and straightforward with not much complexity.

Had on draft. More sweet than sour and quite a bit of cinnamon comes through. Very easy to drink and a very well crafted beer that has lots of character. I donít really like it but I canít help but respect it.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
22 oz. Hazy peach color with a lasting creamy foam. Nose is earthy-spiced tart fruit with a hint of oak and vinegar. Taste is the same, with some grape must showing up after a while. Light-medium body is tartly-dry, has quite a bit of carbonation, and is an easy drinker. Neither overtly sour nor intriguingly complex; just pretty much what you would expect with the sour yeast, cinnamon, fruit and oak. But a tip of the hat goes to NB for striking the right balance amongst them; makes a pretty tasty brew.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
651mL thanks to tastybeer. Pours a full haze to muddy glowing orange to grapefruit juice. Weaker lace. Large formation. Nose is sage, rosemary, heavy herbs, white vinegar. Odd aroma. Sweet strawberries. Taste is watery, tangy, richer with full caramel and half half acetic with heavy sugar. Feels pasteurized midway through souring. Palate is weak and in between sugar and saccharin.
