3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draught at New Belgium. Pours light hazy gold-orange with a medium, fizzy and frothy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma is cheesy, earthy old hops, wild yeast, apple, and low malt. Flavor is the same as aroma but more pronounced. Medium bodied, average carbonation, and a dry finish.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at the brewery. Slightly hazy pale gold, frothy sticky white head. Aroma is peaty, chocolate, mild apple. Taste is not overly sweet or bitter or tart, just incredibly balanced and unique. Medium, smooth body and carbonation. Finishes clean.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Not the most beautiful glass of beer, but the aroma is what makes this brew truly beautiful. Complex but not overwhelming. I just wanted to sit with my nose squished into the glass. Sweet but not sugary. The hints of apple kiss the tongue. There is lack of real body but this baby has got something going on. Iím not usually a wheat or a sweet lover..... I guess I can make this one an exception. mmm mmm

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On draught at brewery. I wasnít feeling this one. The sourness was heavily outweighed by a fairly metallic wheat taste. Apples were present as well, but I wanted more sour. Iíd have to try it again, but I wasnít too impressed.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at the brewery. Poured a lightly hazy golden-yellow color with a thin, tight white head that settled to a ring and left some scant spots of lacing. Aroma of tart apple, some faint wheat and hay, and a dusty yeastiness. Lightly tart, crisp entry with some soft, dry apple-skin leads into a smooth, creamy wheat flavor that finishes with a soft yeastiness with faint hints of dough that imparts a light dryness of the palate. Moderate carbonation and a prickly, crisp mouth feel that invites you to drink more. Overall, it isnít a spectacularly complex beer, but it is clean, simple, and enjoyable to drink.
