(Draught) Pours a sparkling clear golden body with a small quickly diminishing white head. Aroma of barnyard, apricot, peach, mango, and wood. Flavor of peach, lactic sourness, lemon, and Granny Smith apples with a somewhat sticky mouthfeel.

NOTF 07. Tap. Pours golden with no head. Aroma is funky with some sweetness from the peaches. Flavor is very tart at first, but finishes with a mild sweetness.

Bready and yeasty aroma, but somewhat sour. Golden color with no head. Similar to 2 Below, but sour with hint of peach. Perfect sour finish.

GABF 2007. Pours to a bright, glowing golden body with a white head. The aroma is tart peaches and nectarines with a light barnyard character. The flavor is a tart peach and funky grain with lactic acid. The palate is tart, refreshing, and clean.

On tap at Falling Rock. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with white head floating on top. Fruitstand aroma. Not as sour as La Folie. Hints of peach, apricot. Velvety mouthfeel.

On tap. Poured a deep golden color with a slight white head. Aroma of peaches. Nice sweet/sour peach flavor with yeast and malt flavors. Very crisp amd begs you to drink more. I’m not big on fruit beers, but I liked this.

swirl of peach, nectarines and apricots. clear golden. tart sour kicks off with faint yeast and slowly sweetens through the finish. nice citrus complexity.

(daught, Flying Saucer, Little Rock) Medium amber with almost no head, but some lace on the glass. Sour peach aroma. Flavor is sour peach, malt, very crisp.
