Lemon, peach and a hint of caramel in the aroma. Full bodied, thick mouthfeel. Peaches, lemon, melon, traubenzucker and some flowery hops in this moderately sour, rather complex brew. Some milk in the aftertaste. Loved this one. Rastacouere (5553), Montréal, Quebec, Canada

Another strike by New Belgium in the niche sour ales market.
I like:
Large white-bubbled head lasts forever despite the beer being sour. You can smell the sourness straight out of the glass. The fruit is well integrated among a vinous medley. Strong lactic side, this has quality written all over it. Lingering puckering acidity is higher than anticipated. Surprisingly sour even, but the gently juicy peaches are never out of sight. Expressive tight, refreshing wheat base. Medium-full bodied. No rough edges and while full-carbonated, the bubbles do not bite.
I dislike:
Almost impossible to find. I’d try this recipe with a whole range of different fruits with pleasure.

Poured a medium and slighlty hazy golden/orange color with a smaller sized off white ehad. Aromas of lighter peach, citrus, some funkiness, and fruity. Tastes of the same peach, funky, citrus, fruitiness. I usually don’t like peaches, but this one came across more fruity than all out peach. Nice light to medium tart and sour finish. Very easy to drink and never would have guessed this one was 7%.
