MIGHTY ARROW Pale Ale provides lots of pleasurable sniffs from Amarillo and Cascade hops with a fetching honey malt base. This is our brewed tribute to Arrow, Kimís Aussie/Border Collie mix who ran (literally) New Belgium for 12 years. When she wasnít patrolling the brewery grounds, she was famous for her office visits: She never met a tummy rub she didnít like. Atta girl Arrow.

355 ml bottle. Golden and crystal clear. Creamy white head that clings to the glass. Papery and spicy hops aroma with fresh cut grass, a little grapefruit, apricots and citrus. Much more of this in the flavour. Lots of hop flavours but little bitterness. Texture is papery but not particularly dry. Very nicely balanced beer. Really nice.

12oz. btl. Pours light amber and clear with citrus notes; very simular to an IPA. Body is full and lively with medium to heavy bitterness, depending on your taste buds. The finish is long and full of life and quite refreshing. Great beer and taste.

~Big citrus grapefruity aroma with biscuity malt background. ~Pours clear gold with lasting white head. Good lacing. ~Citrusy grapefruit flavor well balanced with toasty biscuity malt. ~Med body, med CO2, lingering citrus bitterness. ~Basic pale ale. Nothings ets it apart from all the others.

Bottle. Pours a light golden amber with a smallish white head that recedes slowly and leaves decent lacing. The aroma has some crisp grassy hops with hints of citrus. The taste is a very crisp citrus and malt mix. Good combination and balance here. Finishes with a little crispy bitterness that doesnít last. Extremely drinkable as it is very light which also means that there is not an overabundence of flavor. Good sessionable beer.

Clear golden orange body with lasting white head. The nose is the best part, lovely hops with malt support, touch let down in the taste, hops again but no real zing to it though drinkable.

Bottle. Poured into a NG tulip glass (how fitting!) a clear light copper color with a 1 1/2 finger white fluffy white head that leaves lace as it settles. Nice hoppy aroma, not too overwhelming though, of orange citrus with a slight breadiness. Even though the aroma is light, itís very pleasing. Medium/light mouthfeel. Slight sweet start with a slow building citrus flavor bitterness that never really gets too out of control. No real evidence of booze at all. Although this isnít the most flavorful APA Iíve had, it is easy drinking and fairly decent tasting.

pours a way too clear medium straw with a light top head, ok retention but the head is too bubbly and watery... the aroma is weak, sweet on the front, with distinct wet dog backbone, a light pine finish, bad... watery super light and boring taste, a hint of sweet grains on the front but thatís about it. doesnít taste bad, just boring might as well be drinking watery, unoffensive... pass, maybe Iíll substitute for a glass of water sometime

Pours a copper color typical of pale ales. Aroma is of hops and floral notes. Taste is floral and grassy with an aftertaste that is slightly bitter. This is your typical pale ale, nothing special.
