12oz bottle. Decent amount of mild citrus hops and caramel malt on the nose. Some dough and dry cracker malt as well. A lush citrus character takes over after a while as well. Pours a remarkably filtered looking amber/gold with a thick white head. Flavor is heavy on the doughy malt with just a touch of bitter hops. Medium bodied with a short finish.

Jul 18, 2008 PIB, tap... Poured clear orange with a frothy, white head. Aroma is barely there, some herbal hop and malt notes. Flavor is earthy with leafy hops and balancing crystal malt. Pretty average of a brew. Finishes short with not much of an aftertaste.

Jul 10, 2008 Updated: Jul 15, 2008This is an interesting take on an APA. It has a good cascade aroma nice caramel sweetness slight note of honey. A little on the soft side for a Pale Ale, nice mild bitterness and modest sweetness. I could drink this beer often and in mass quantity. My favorite from New Belgium so far.

Jul 9, 2008 Bottle. Clear, golden pour with a medium head that dissipated quickly. Aroma of herbal hops as well as sweet malt and caramel. Similar flavor with a nice carbonation.
