Clear brilliant gold with a small foamy white head that leaves lots of lace. Earthy dusty yeasty blonde aroma, like a Belgian Saison or Trippel or something, with a light touch of grains of paradise, and dry coriander. Smooth blonde grainy flavor with some dusty yeast and a light earthy herbal tone, perhaps coriander and biscuit. That’s gotta be a Belgian yeast. It’s dry and dusty, perhaps a little peppery. Not shabby, but nothing I would buy a bomber of.

Tap @ The Mayor of Old Town Foco. Pours a bit hazy golden appearance with a white head. Grassy, herbal hoppy, straw, German/Noble hoppy-like aroma. Light banana, lemon, straw, bitter grassy flavor. Kind of interesting.

On tap at the brewery. Pour is hazy golden with a fluffy white head and decent lacing. Citrus, grain, biscuit, straw, grass, and cereal in the aroma. Taste is lemon peel, grass, light medicinal characteristics, straw, and bread with a light bitter finish. Light body with high carbonation. Super easy to drink, but nothing special.
