2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
12-ounce bottles in a glass. A bit sweeter than other white ales I have had, and a bit lighter in color, but not enough wheat flavor. I’ll stick with SA Cold Snap.

On tap at the brewery. Yellow and slight hazy appearance with a lacy white head. Toasty, herbal, zesty and spicy. A nice, clean and easy-to-drink Wit overall. Glad to have this back!

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle in Breck with friends. Pour is slightly hazy lemon peel with a big white head and sticky lacing. Bright citrus, nice wheaty malt, coriander, white pepper, somewhat grassy and floral aroma. Taste is waxy, lemony, wheaty, citrusy, peppery, and coriander with a slight spicy finish. Full mouthfeel with high carbonation. Really nice summer quaffer.

Smooth witbier. Reminds me a bit of hoegarrden though a bit better and more flavorful. Nice to drink on the patio during summer

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with white head. Yeasty, wheat, citrus, grain aromas. Citrus, yeasty, spicy, wheat flavors. Not quite as good as I remembered from 6-7 years ago, but still a really good wit.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz bottle. Poured a clear straw yellow with a white head and minimal lacing. Faint taste of orange peel, wheat and coriander. Medium carbonation, light body. Overall, it’s watered down.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Originally rated on 1/10/08. This pours a yellow, hazy brew with very little head. Kind of watery but not bad tasting, hints of citrus and corrander. Not a bad witbier but there are better.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Old rating. Cloudy gold. Wheat, spice, lemon, some orange. Decently drinkable, but forgettable wheat.
