keith0718 (151), Olathe, Kansas, USA Oct 14, 2007 I know this is a white/wheat, however, even with that, it’s just too light for my tastes.
IlanMan (454), Winona, Minnesota, USA Jul 7, 2008 Decent wheat beer but nothing too special. Has a pretty full bouquet of orange peel and floral characters but doesn’t hold its own in the flavor. Decent and refreshing brew but not up to par with a real Belgian Wit. Probably won’t buy again. Shag (1749), Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA Jul 6, 2008 A cloudy yellow appearance with a moderate white head. The aroma is nice with some lemons, spice, coriander, and orange peel. The flavor is somewhat subdue with some lemons, coriander, and bready notes present. The finish is rather dry. Overall a pretty good witbier. Hank1980 (289), Athens, Georgia, USA Jul 6, 2008 Bomber. Pours a grassy yellow color with a big white head. Nose of yeast, spice, wheat. Taste is of wheat, citrus, coriander, yeast. Finishes a little bitter. Body is pretty light; this is an easy drinker. Good session brew or summer drinker. jzzbassman (657), New Albany, Mississippi, USA Jul 2, 2008 Poured an orange haze with a rocky white head. Aroma is slight, with pepper notes. Flavor has more lemon than orange, although not a bright flavor. aplusbreaks (20), , Colorado, USA Jul 2, 2008 22oz bomber. Pours a yellow/orange cloudy color. Nose is typical of a wit beer, with lots of coriander, yeast and some citrus notes. Flavor is the same but with more lemon zest than expected, to much in my opinion. There are much better white beers on the market for me to get this one again. It is Organic though so thats a plus.
