COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A burly and bitter Imperial IPA, Rampant pours a pure copper and carries the sheen of a rightly hopped beer. The Mosaic and Calypso hops bring stonefruit to the front seat, and the addition of Centennials nod towards citrus for a well-rounded aroma. The taste expands these hops with heavy peach tones and a profoundly bitter bite. There is some malt sweetness to stand this beer up, and Rampant’s finish is bone-dry.

Some citrus, pours clear copper with fizzy initial head and lacing. Good hop profile, booze well hidden but present in aroma. Some boozy sweet malt. Light to medium bitter finish. Bottle.

Bottle from Legacy Liquor, Vancouver
Hazy dark blond color with small head. Nice aroma, cereals, and some hop resins. Lean mouthfeel; cereally malt flavor, some hop resins, some citrus fruit peel; strong bitterness.
Easy to drink, good beer, not particularly fresh or amazing though.

Bottle. (2.99 at CostCo!)A: Copper color with a fluffy white head. Good retention and lacing.N: Grapefruit, pine, earth, damp leaves, pineapple on the back. Peppercorn and rye breads.T: Malty and hop juice. On the sweeter side for the style.M: Resinous. Medium body. A touch of alcohol on the throat.O: A very nice IIPA. It?s unabrasive and fruity. Bit on the boozy side, but not too far out of range. Would be interested in a side by side with Heady Topper.

Bottle. Light copper pour with a big foamy white head. The aroma is a blend of citrus flavored hops. The taste is well balanced. Really like this one.

Bomber from Albertsons. Pours a clear golden color with a large white head. A nice fruity aroma, grassy, oranges. The flavor is nice: light resin, oranges, lemon zest, a light floral hop, more sweet orange hop resin. Quite clean and flavorful. Fair price, and tasty. Good deal.

Has a slight new belgium fat tire remnant. Slight peach cones through. Hoppy but not sharp hoppy. Surprising abv but mellow, not much alcohol taste. Careful with this one. Feels like a light beer with a different hoppy peach session beer edge. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(bottle) Slightly hazy orange body, slowly ascending bubbles, and a big, long-lasting off-white head. Aroma of orange peel, pine and grass, medium fruit, and light floral notes. Medium to full body, oily mouthfeel. Bright, orange- and pine-hops; underlying caramel; and noticeable alcohol; dry finish. Very drinkable, balanced.

Smells floral, sweet and cidery. Pours clear, light golden with a small white head. Tastes perfumy, grapefruit like, woody, malty, nice hop flavour. Body is moderate to heavy, low carbonation, a nice finish. Nicely balanced great tasting beer. I might forget I'm drinking an imperial.

Very well balanced. Doesn’t taste heavy or over sugared like some higher alcohol double IPAs. Floral hop aroma. Not overly hoppy, like many Dbl IPAs. Finishes fairly clean with just a hint of lingering hop taste.
