A burly and bitter Imperial IPA, Rampant pours a pure copper and carries the sheen of a rightly hopped beer. The Mosaic and Calypso hops bring stonefruit to the front seat, and the addition of Centennials nod towards citrus for a well-rounded aroma. The taste expands these hops with heavy peach tones and a profoundly bitter bite. There is some malt sweetness to stand this beer up, and Rampantís finish is bone-dry.

Belgian-style ipa with notes of cereal, floral, citrus, vanilla aromas. Orange / golden appearance, clear, tan foam. Medium sweetness, peach and butterscotch. Medium bitterness, medium body, lively carbonation, bitter finish. Alcohol taste present but not overpowering.

Pours light copper with a huge, lacy snow-white head. Peach hops in the aroma. Thereís fruit-basket and blueberry on the palate (most likely Mosaic hops) and a citrusy, bitter finish (most likely Centennial hops). Soft, round palate, hides its ABV very well. This is a DIPA for those who donít like the pin-prickling, resinous style. Hats off to NB for offering a different take on the style!

Nice brown orange color with some foam and solid lacing. Definite notes of citrus in the flavor, with a smooth mouth feel and pleasant astringent feel to it.

From a 12 ounce bottle. Pours the color of a hefe, with the translucency removed and just a bit of fog, almost beautiful in appearance. Thin head that rapidly dissipates with good carbonation. Very hoppy, almost turpentine nose. Pleasant taste. A moderate rush of the hops, followed by lingering bitter. Youíll fall off the chair after 3 of these. God bless beer!!

Aggressive hop odor and taste, pale color with white head. Clean, dry hop finish and highly bitter taste with sweet, slightly fruity undertones. Very Good!

Dark golden body and stable foamy head. Herbal, resin, tabacco hops. Odd vegetable, foresty taste, but I like it. Dry ending with lasting bitterness Not as powerful as some double IPAs, but very drinkable still. Warming alcohol, but not overly pronounced. Nice one, could be further improved. (Bomber from Whip It Austin shared with Bertanne)

12oz into a glass, nice full head, lacing is plentiful, and bubbles are everywhere. Pour is straw yellow, gold and copper. Aroma is dank hops, but subsided by the tangerine malts that persist. Frontal hops to the nose bring in the path of this brew, followed by a twist in the malts coming throught to stir up the mix. Love the drinkabiltiy of this, the hops are profound, fresh and full, the malts match the hops imperial status but do not diminish, and the brew flows like an ale that is suppose to be enjoyed. Nice brew here.

Clear copper with a lightly effervescent white head. About a cm with really sticky lacing. Aroma of bitter hops, a little herbal. Pungent. Taste is got some fruity notes, peachy, and vicious cloying bitterness. Delicious.

22oz Bottle A - Pours a hazy golden amber with a off white head. Ok retention/good lacing. S - Caramel malt, rose pedals, & fresh fruit. T - Caramel malt. Mild pine. Resin. M - Medium bodied. Nice lively carbonation. Bitter grassy finish. O - Wish it tasted like it smelled. That said, solid, but canít stand up to the classic Double/Imperial IPAS.

Pours a fairly clear gold, decent sized white head and a bunch of lace on the glass. Aroma is pine, resin, citrus, and mild pale malt backbone. Flavour is resin, pine, spicy, dry citrus, high easy drinking bitterness, and I think the hop oils lend to a nice fuller mouthfeel.
