3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured from bottle into snifter, surprisingly pale in color for an IIPA, clear pale yellow...like piss. Smells great, packs a bitter punch with little to no aftertaste. Hides 8.5 ABV very well.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
A touch on the light side in body and color, but it opens up nicely. Aroma and flavors of peach and tropical fruits, slightly herbal and aromatic, with a dry finish. 7/13-maybe even better on tap brewery fresh...more peach and a denser aroma, but I’ll leave as is. For now :)"

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from QClub at home. Clear deep golden amber pour. Aroma is deep resinous hops - good. Taste is very very bitter hops at the beginning. Resin and pine. Too bitter and then a bit too sweet before a slight boozy finish. Not bad for the price (~HK$25) but not a DIPA I'd look for again.

Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance- The beer pours a nice amber color with a two finger white head. The head has great retention, slowly fading to leave a nice level of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is sweet and fruity with some nice more citrus and pine hop smells. The sweet is of a caramel mixed with lots of tropical fruits of mango, papaya and tangerine which when mixed with the hop smells is very nice.
Taste – The taste begins with a malty and slightly sweet flavor upfront with some notes of caramel and light tropical fruits. A citrus hop is present upfront consisting mainly of a grapefruit but also a little bit of lemon. As the flavor advances flavors of a grassy and light pine hop also come to the tongue. While the sweetness gets a bit stronger in the middle of the taste, at the end it lessens, leaving a rather nice, drier, and moderately bitter flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body of the beer is on the medium to slightly thicker side with a carbonation level that is on the average to slightly lower side. Both are great for the hoppy flavors of the brew.
Overall – A rather tasty brew overall with good transitions between sweet and hoppy throughout the taste.

4.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours a pale copper color, small amount of foamy head that left rings down the glass. Just the right amount of bittering with a citrusy and dry finish. Very drinkable double IPA.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear dark gold in the glass. Just looking at the glass on the table I can detect aroma notes of Sweet Tarts and tropical fruit notes. Nice bitter citrus flavor with a hint of asprin finishing with a minty citrus aftertaste. Overall, a decent Imperial IPA.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Slight funky aroma. Surprisingly sweet taste with a medium but long-lasting bitter finish. It’s okay but there are much better IIPAs out there.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Slightly hazed amber appearance with an average size white head and decent lacing. Solid hop aroma featured a lot of citrus along with resin. Flavors as smooth as an IPA until the assertive aftertaste takes command with a dry, bitter, deceptively alcoholic aura. Medium to full bodied, nicely carbonated mouthfeel leading to a lingering finish.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
The beer pours a very light gold color without much of a head or cloud. It is quite translucent and surprisingly light looking. The smell is fantastic and is quite sweet and fruity with a mild hop aroma. The taste is comparable to the aroma and the finish is quite clean. An excellent Imperial IPA which is easy to drink!

650ml bottle. Pours golden with finger of white head, good lacing. Aromas of pine, citrus some malt. Taste of orange citrus, floral, some spice. But a touch too much alcohol in the back end. Nice bitter finish.
