COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A burly and bitter Imperial IPA, Rampant pours a pure copper and carries the sheen of a rightly hopped beer. The Mosaic and Calypso hops bring stonefruit to the front seat, and the addition of Centennials nod towards citrus for a well-rounded aroma. The taste expands these hops with heavy peach tones and a profoundly bitter bite. There is some malt sweetness to stand this beer up, and Rampant’s finish is bone-dry.

real lovely choice of hops. Very sweet but also very nicely done. I easily caught the mix and a 6 pack was easily consumed with boss freakin’ nachos. This is real close to Hop Stooid but is a bet sweeter. Good stuff.

Rating #1636 - #CBC2015 - Beer 21 - Pours a hazy copper with a fairly frothy head. sticky lacing. Aroma is mild grapefruit, peach, lots of piney floral aroma.Taste is mild sweetness (citrusy, piney, floral) and a dominant lingering bitterness - cookie dough, caramel malt character really brought out, really resinous and sticky in the finish.

Delicious IIPA from a 22oz bottle from Wegmans. The beer pours a dark golden color with a copper hue. The head is bright white, thick, pillowy and laces beautifully around the inside of the glass. The nose features some oats, pine, oranges and toasted malt. The body is smooth, creamy and extremely drinkable. The flavors are very well-rounded, with a ton of bitter and fruity hops. I taste grapefruit, oranges, oats, peach, spicy hops and some sweetness from the malt. The finish is quite dry and bitter. Very excellent beer!

Hazy honey gold. Aroma- herbal citrus aroma. Taste - grapefruit, lemon, camomile, tropical fruit and a malty caramel base. Bit boozy and a little harsh but not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Firm long lasting head gorgeous color very hoppy aroma. Strong hop and slightly bitter taste the finish is the same. If you like strong hops and don’t mind the bitter aftertaste this is pretty good

Draught at Buffalo WIngs & Smile. Rich tropical fruit, nectarine, mango, kiwi, marmalade, caramel malt backbone, finish is quite bitter with boozy notes. A pretty tasty tropical iipa, but a bit too heavy for me maybe.

Pours clear gold with a medium white head...heavy lacing. Aroma has nice peach, pineapple and faint melon with a touch of graininess. Flavor is slightly more grainy with a good bit of peach and more melon than the aroma...late herbal hoppiness. Mouthfeel is medium and lively with a dry melon/herbal finish.

Bottle. Aroma has pineapple, mango, and some citrus with doughy yeast. Strong flavor of malt and nuts and caramel. Bitter dry finish. Good alcohol kick. I like drinking one of these and then switching to Slow Ride for the session.

Pours a clear golden color with white head. Well balance and not too bitter for being imperial

Aroma is dusty, earthy hops. Taste is mild hoppiness / bitterness with some tea qualities. Mildly sweet and mildly bitter. Maybe a mainstream-ish IPA.
