This one is as hoppy as it gets. It is very smooth, but I feel the hops just take over the other flavors that are trying to be had. I enjoyed it, but I must say I will not go out of my way to get this one

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with medium carbonation. Nice lingering off white head with good lacing. Pretty pungent hop aroma with grassy, floral, and pine notes. Medium body with plenty of bitterness to back up the aroma. An interesting combination hops makes for a good complex flavor that blends well with 6.5% abv.

Hoppy, yeasty aroma. Slightly sweet flavor. Very smooth for an IPA. Delicious!

12 oz, bb 24 Oct 10. Clear, burnt orange with a lasting foam above. Aromas of orange caramel, grapefruit, resin and light catspray. Flavor of resin, grain husks, bitter grapefruit. Finish of peppery wood. Near-medium body is smoothly carbonated, hop-tingly, and finishes well dry.

Bottle. Aroma has mild bright citrus notes, some light pine resin, a little bit of earth, a hint of breadiness. Malt is round and substantial with notes of caramel and hay, very clean, with just a little hop bite about midway through. Not a very long finish really, just a little bit of resiny hop flavor staying on after a sip.

Appearance: Pours a light to medium golden color which is quite a bit lighter than I normally expect from an IPA. 1 finger white creamy head which dissipates quickly. Smell: Very strong hops with a bit of pine and hints of citrus rinds. Taste: Pretty decent amount of hops up front. Pine flavor is dominant with just a hint of lemon peel. Not as much bitterness as one would expect from an IPA. Finish is simple and not overpowering. Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with a light amount of carbonation. Quite smooth. Drinkability: High drinkability for a beer with an ABV of 6.5%. You could knock back a few without any trouble. Overall: Id rate this as an above average IPA. Its not something Ill actively seek out but Ill finish my six pack and wont consciously avoid it in the future.

BB 13/10/10 alc 6.5 Poured medium amber w/not much head or lacing. Crisp citrus (lime) nose. Pleasant hops bite on the tongue. Light body I get an orange sweetness in the center. Good crisp hop finish. Not much malt evident. Surprisingly complex, well crafted American style IPA. This joins my list of session beers 

12oz bottle, best by Sept 19, 2010 (bottled June 19?). I think this is right at one month old...pretty fresh. Pours crystal clear yellow, lightly amber with a two finger white head, leaves nice rings of lacing and holds a good foamy cap. Aroma is citrus and pine with a noticeable amount of yeast and bread. Average. Flavor is nice blend of citrus, pine, earthy/grassy hops, touch of sweet malt in the middle, fair bitterness on the finish. Doesnt really feel like 70 IBU. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, slick, medium carbonation. Solid IPA, nothing groundbreaking, but solid.
