Very enjoyable drink, poured from can into plastic cup. Very little head but good golden colouring. Nice on the palate with tastes I cannot distinguish

Poured from a 12. This is your standard IPA offering. Bold and piney, crisp and bitter. Yes and yes. Great easy drinking beer. Even has a fairly smooth aftertaste.

One of my all-time favorites. With its unique aroma, balanced taste, and bitter palate, Ranger is as perfect an IPA as one can (easily) get.

22 oz bottle poured into pint glass. Pours a perfect golden color with a thin fluffy white head. Smells really hoppy. Tastes just as good as it looks ans smells. Unbelievable value. Would for sure recommend, especially for the cost. Probably gonna be in my rotation.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a clear golden colour with a white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, pine, and dusty hops. Taste is medium sweet leading to a hoppy finish. Not bad.

3.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Iíve only had this out of the can and I must say itís a very tasty beer. The price point ($14 12 packs) somehow adds to the flavor! The beer doesnít smell great at all (canning has always effected the aroma for me) and doesnít look at all impressive in a glass, but the flavor packs a huge hop punch with just enough malt balance to keep it from being a plain-ol-hop-bomb. Being from Indy, Iím more of a Midwestern/malty IPA fan, and this beer seems to fall well enough between LA and Indy in both style and actual location. Itís not a palate wrecker but the bitter hops do let themselves be known. A great go to beer that should always be easy to find almost anywhere, but nothing ultra original. Just plain good.

The aroma has plenty of hops, and the hops evoke a citrus aroma. As I sip, I taste some floral hops as well, and the malt is of a light bread note. The taste is slightly bitter, but not unpleasantly so. The body is medium. A rather good IPA! Of the New Belgium IPAís, I prefer Rampant, but Ranger is plenty good as well.

On tap at blackbird. Hazy gold. Aroma of tootsie roll, tropical fruit juice blend, biscuit, citrus. Taste is fruit sweetness, and citrus rind bitterness. Tangy mouthfeel with a low-lying bitter dry finish.
