Bottle. 12 oz. Split with James. Pours a shiny copper with tons of bubbles streaming towards a fluffy, thin, white head. Aroma of pineapple, grapefruit, honey, lavender, and pine hops. Medium bodied with a juicy, moist palate. Slight tanginess in the finish. Good single IPA.

Pours honey colour with a small white head. The aroma is fruity, citric and malty. The flavor has exotic fruits, orange pine and a nice honey/bitter finish. Really solid.

Served from a 22 oz bottle from Baronís. The appearance is a paler golden brown with a large foamy white lacing head. The aroma are full of floral hops and some English notes. The flavors are a little less intense of the same but really pleasant.. Overall a nice IPA,.

This was...o.k. I was grilling chicken outside and felt in the mood to drink it, which was rare because Iím not a fan of IPAs. But the key thing is that the finish held the bitterness and the flavors in reasonable balance. Decent. Bottle.

Very clear with slight head. A litte too light. Good flavor and easy to drink. Not too filling and easy to drink a few. No bad aftertaste , maybe not enought flavor but not overwhelming.

I was taken by surprise with the "Ranger". Smooth, rich tasting without being overpowering. I am going to go out and buy another six pack. I put this beer in my top 3 or 4 IPAís. Nice taste of hops - try it.

UPDATED: OCT 27, 2011 bottle 12 oz: Clear, dark golden w off white head that held up fairly well. Moderate lace, Smell is of fresh, floral, resinous pine, adequate hops with a masculine, slightly skunky/cat piss (but in a good way) essence. Nice clean, somewhat sweet malt flavor. Into medium bodied. Fresh tasting, nice summer IPA. Good balance. I like this beer. New Belgium has finally made a supermarket beer Iíll be anxious to buy again.

Tap at Good Times in Eugene. Pours a nice orange with a solid head and some decent lacing left behind. Smells of pine and citrus hops with a minor bit of biscuit malt backing it. Flavor also a solid mix of pine and citrus hops with a biscuit malt backdrop. A little mild for my tastes, but a solid IPA at a good price point.
