Poured from a 12 oz. bottle dated 5/2013 into a shaker glass. Nice off-white frothy 1-1-1/2" head that slowly shrank but never disappeared;good lacing. Fairly clear deep amber with just the hint of particles; good carbonation throughout. Strong hoppy nose with flowers, grass and some citrus. Some yeast with the barest hint of malt. Nice sweet flavor that mimics the nose, but then finishes very dry and slightly bitter with a bit of a metallic feel. Very long finish. Body is light and watery, and the carbonation can be felt quite easily. After drinking stouts for over a week this knocked my socks off! Overall a good IPA, but I’m not a hop-head so I may not appreciate this like others. Will try again later and re-rate.

Bottle. Clear, golden amber pour with a small white head. Aroma is melon, pineapple, very juicy with hints of citrus and tropical fruit. Flavour is pretty light, more melon and slight citrus, nicely balanced but pretty mild. Nice overall.

New Belgium is looking like a pretty good bet at this point. Very hoppy first bite that opens on the palate, then calmly fades. I really like this....doesn't seem like a filling IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours hazy orange color, very pale (I can see my hand behind the glass), nice sticky head with lacing that clings to the glass. Aroma is big tropical grapefruit, earthy pine, pleasant spicy herbal notes. Taste is a burst of citrus, with a solid malt backbone, clean finish. Above average.

Nice solid IPA. Bit more mild hoppy than I prefer, but a smooth taste, pretty good brew

Damn this would have been good when it was fresh. Shame the store I bought it from is selling out of date stock.
