Draft. Light amber. Small white head. The hopping on this IPA is more pine than citrus. This is actually a nice change as most IPAs seem to head towards grapefruit. The best beer in New Belguimís stable. Blows Fat Tire out of the water.

Clear golden amber with a great frothy off-white head. Nicely hopped. Fruity. Citrus. Little spicy, some grass and light pine. Just enough malt. Dry. Quite bitter but not harsh. Smooth medium body. Plenty of character. Well made.

Pine and earthy grass aroma. Off white average, never diminishing head. Straw in color. Good lacing. Full body. Earthy assertive bitterness initially. Finishing with strong hop flavor which has above average lingering affect. As with most craft beers it is most likely better on draft.

Light colored and transparent for an IPA. Very earthy with grassy, spruce and pine flavors. Medium bitterness, good balance.

Taster at brewery. Pours golden with a thin white head. A bit of floral on the nose. Some toasted pine cone on the tongue. Finishes clean. Itís like drinking the Tour de Fall at 3/4 strength.

Pours gold with a small head. Nose shows pineapple, super spicy hops, green pepper and a little sweet clean malt. Really interesting. More green pepper and spicy, herbal hops as flavours. Nicely balanced by sweet clean malt.

This IPA, like most of New Belgium ales, has a very nice aroma. The hops are aggressive and quite flavorful. Very light in color, with a nice head, this ale is a good IPA.

Bottle; Pour is clear golden, with a fine bubbled white head into this glass. It retains fairly well, with sticky lacing presence here. The nose is earthy, grassy hops, with caramel presence and minerals here. The flavor profile is bittering , earthy, moving to the grass, light citrus, caramel notes near the finish - itís a touch dry at the finish line I suppose. For what itís worth, itís one of those IPAís that does the job but doesnít impress in any way. It works though.

12oz can at Saana Animal Kingdom. Poured a clear medium density golden body under an average sized bright white frothy head. Aroma of rotting oranges, wet bread, floral hops, honey topped bread crusts. Fuller bodied with slightly strong carbonation and a creamy finish. Flavor of citrus rind, hop cones, dough, grass, dry orange peel. Pretty good.
