COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rolle Bolle is a wonderfully fun Belgian yard game and a delightfully easy summer ale. Brewed with monk fruit and soursop it stays true to the Belgian tradition of playing with beer and all that goes into it. Roll on.

Pours pale gold with a soapy white head that fades to a rim and coating. Aroma is yeast and grass and hay. Very farm-like. Taste is pale malt, grass, lemon with a slightly bitter hoppy finish. Sour overall. I imagine this beer springing up naturally in a puddle in a field on a farm. Pretty refreshing though. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This was by far the best summer beer in 2013. Fantastic taste. Slight apricot flavor and very refreshing

Golden pour, slightly hazy with a thin white head. Aroma is a musty with some lemon zest. Not very ’fruity’, more of a pear flavor. Nice, mild citrus aftertaste. Can’t quite put my finger on it, but it has a pretty unique character and I enjoyed it.

Text message rate backlog. Pours light gold. Spicy sweet scent with earth. Mild on both the sweet front and bitter back. Touch of spice. Thin and bubbly. Source unknown.

To be honest, I’m not sure what to make of this ale. It’s refreshing, which makes it an ideal summer beer. Yet, the fruit flavors are rather strange. I admire their balance, though. Color seems a bit too pale, but the mouthfeel is crisp and smooth. This is a good beer, but it’s far from being one of my favorites.

Bottle. A- Tropical fruits, wheat. A- Pale gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Slightly bitter, slighly sweet, medium sourness, tropical fruits, spices. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- If you are unfamiliar with monk fruit or soursop, this beer might have an off taste. Overall, it’s nicely done.

Fruity, yeasty aroma. The light yellow color looks like it can be a whitbeer. The taste isn’t as light as its color. Starts with a sweer flavor. Ends bland.

On tap at Buffalo Wild Wings in the Stapleton complex of Denver. Pours a yellow color with big head. Light straw aroma. Significant carbonation and medium mouthfeel. Flavors of straw hops, minerals, water, melon rind. Overall very light on malt, light on body, but some hop bitterness.

Pours a golden color with a soapy white head. Notes of fruit, grains, earthy hops, and yeasty bread.

Best by 25AUG13 Well, it’s April, therefore the summer ales gotta be rollin’ out! AMIRIGHT?!?!?!?! Light gold - pretty much polished brass with a fine target pattern of fine bone white foam. Smells of grain, sweet malt and corn and a hint blueberry at the back end. I like the nose. Flavor is grain, hint of belgian yeast, some clean lychee sweetness on the finish that I keep rolling about my mouth. Thin bodied with moderate sharp carb and a semi dry finish. Tasty beer. I don’t really get the whole new belgian pale ale quarterly thing they’re trying right now with different esoteric fruits, but I’m happy to give them a go.
