COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rolle Bolle is a wonderfully fun Belgian yard game and a delightfully easy summer ale. Brewed with monk fruit and soursop it stays true to the Belgian tradition of playing with beer and all that goes into it. Roll on.

I don’t know what soursop is but this light and strangely fruitful beer is a nice change of pace and quite tasty on a hot day. It has a light Belgian tang to it as well

Monkfruit! Soursop! Those aren’t exactly adjectives that would draw most people to a beverage purchase. But this beer is definitely not as weird as its ingredients, it is a solid Belgian with a bit of yeasty funk and a nice citrusy smell to it. A little bit of sourness in the aftertaste. Probably won’t be a big enough hit to be offered repeatedly, but I’d drink it again.

Straw pour with white head. Slight fruit and earthy hop aroma. Slight wheat-like bite mixed with a bit of sourness and grassy hops on the taste. Medium/high carbonation with light body. Clean and crisp finish. A decent all-around beer but it didn’t quite click with me.

Aroma is fruity and malty with a hint of sourness. Pours light golden color with thin white head. Taste is very light and malty with some sweetness to start followed by a slightly sour, bitter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, clear straw yellow pour with thin white head, aroma brought notes of odd sour fruits, some garbage, trashy notes, hints of earth, spice, grainy notes. Taste is odd fruits, sour garbage, some hints of biscuit and bread, hints of passionfruit? not sure what it is, but its not very appetizing. Finish is sour, grainy, slightly bitter.

Crystal clear gold. Just enough hop action to give backbone to the unusual malty flavors. Very clean and drinkable. Another winner from NB.

Yellow, clear, white head. Smells crisp and grassy, with a bit of woody hops. Taste is grassy, mildly sweet, with a touch of hop bitterness in the finish. OK, I suppose...

Pours clear gold with frothy white head. Smells crisp and lightly hopped with a bit of tanginess. taste is crisp, with a hint of wheat and tartness. Body is light and easy to drink with a perfect crisp carbonation. Refreshing and simple but a little unique flavor on the end. Hit the spot, and doesn’t have an typical belgian yeast flavors that i don’t care for.

Bottle. Pours a crystal clear pale yellow color with a small white head on it. Nose is a little light and fruity with some slight sour elements to it. Taste is slightly fruity, but there’s a decent amount of bitterness to this beer. I’m just not sure what to think about it.

Draft. Pours a meduim, well retained white head, with extensive lacing, over a very slightly hazy yellow (SRM 3) body.....nose is slightly sour, with light fruit, malts.....taste is slightly sour, with mild fruit including hints of citrus, pineapple, finishing with a lingering slightly sour bitter hop tones....mouth feel light and almost watery, carbonation adds fizz. Although the beer falls into this remarkably broad and indistinct style, it is unbalanced. The adjunct fruit add unusual aromas and flavors but the overall really doesn’t either smell or taste particularly good. I wonder if brewers aren’t getting too cute and rarefied for their own good.
