COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rolle Bolle is a wonderfully fun Belgian yard game and a delightfully easy summer ale. Brewed with monk fruit and soursop it stays true to the Belgian tradition of playing with beer and all that goes into it. Roll on.

Draft from Green Leafe Williamsburg. Pours hazy gold with white lacy head. Nose is pale malt, hops, mild florals and spiciness. Tastes of biscuity pale malt, with some honey sweetness and finishing yeasty funk.

Light and usual. A sweet body with some spice at the finish. It has kind of a weird flavor at the finish which decreases how refreshing this beer is.

Straw yellow. Aroma of Tropical fruit and dank Belgian yeast. Taste - a nice balance of tart and malt with an ample amount of buttering hops. Notes of apple, kiwi and papaya. A really nice summer ale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours clear pale yellow with a small white head. The aroma is quite floral and fruity with pale pils-like malt, lights spice, blueberry and light cream. It has a medium/light body thatís very crisp and has spritzy carbonation. The flavor starts fairly dry and spicy with a crackery malt presence, odd fruitiness and phenolic spice. The finish has more phenols, sulfur and heavy minerals. Okay beer.

UPDATED: JUL 24, 2013
Location: Draft at Ginger Man - Houston, 7/23/13

Aroma: Sweet and yeasty nose, with some malts and fruit
Appearance: Clear gold colored pour with a half inch head, and some drippy lace
Flavor: Sweetish flavor, hints of spice/yeast, and plenty of fruit flavor
Palate: Light-medium bodied beer, with average carbonation, and a light dry finish
Overall Impression: Basically, I found this one to be an alright Belgian inspired summer beer, but nothing special. Thatís about it...

Aroma: Slightly faint but still quite good a typical brew with notes of soursop won of its signature components. Appearance: Bright gold slight green tinge stark white head. Taste: Rather savory and quite sweet likely due to monk fruit which though i have never had on its own merit is a very sweet component. This brew lacks all bitterness yet I do not miss it despite being a fan of hops. Palate: Typical, no real downside just typical. Overall: A very nice change of pace, peerless in how easy to drink and accessible it is for itís quality but after a few you may miss the hops. Still I have to say if you have never gone past light beer and want to gab 6... hell grab a keg it is far from boring even if it is lighter.
