Poured into a pint glass. Finger of head on a clear and golden body. Good lacing as the drink goes down. Its aroma is faint; metallic and grain smell. Tastes malty (for a lager) and then suddenly big splash of bitterness. One, two flavor profile. Smooth and crisp texture, low carbonation and light body. Tasty and drinkable for a long night or day.

Can. Golden clear. Somewhat grainy pale malts, hoppy greens, some earthyness on nose. Soft nice smooth body. Lager maltyness, light nice citrus green hoppy note. Ok. A lager as it should be. Light, flavourful malty, with real subtle hops.

Can. Light yellow pour, slightly sweet corn aroma and taste with some noticeable hops tossed into the mix. Not a bad beer, but not one I’d regularly pick up with so many other better options available.

a beer with hop and citrus taste. Somewhat fruity. Could almost be a breakfast beer for those grapefruit lovers.

355ml can from Saveur-biere.com

BBE 13 JUL 14 - Pours clear copper orange with a thick white head. Aroma of crisp bready malts, grassy hops, citrus and fruits. Taste is crisp, slightly bready and earthy with some grassy hoppiness and mild fruity notes. Finish is crisp, grassy and bready. Okay, moderately hoppy lager.

Not bad. A pretty average beer all around but still very drinkable. Even better on vacation.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein kräftig goldenes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, getreidig, angenehm hopfig, blumig. Geschmack sehr hopfig, malzig, fruchtig, herb, süffig.

Can. A clear gold with a medium white head. Nose is grass or hay hops. The taste is grainy with some biscuit. Pale lagers are often overlooked.

Can. Golden body with a frothy, white head. Aroma of toasted grain, grapefruit with a hint of floral hops. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Thin to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. If Fat Tire were turned into a premium lager, this is what it would be.

Can: Golden-straw body with lots of clarity... Only a very, very slight haze. Rising carbonation bubbles, thick ghost-white head on top. Yeast heavy nose with lots of pilsener malt. Baked bread, biscuits, even some wheat? Strange corn-like sweetness deeper down. Vague hoppiness... earthy. Taste has a hop profile like rose petals with very mild citrus & pine. Lots of malt... Sweet bread with a huge dose of that corn-y lager essence. This doesn’t use corn, right? Or does it? Can’t really look past that weird corn flavor. Not digging it. Not awful but not very good, either.

Can--has some that corny/rice aroma typical in a lager. Small head with a good amount of lacing and a gold color beer. The nice thing is that the beer is hops and malts, but lighter than an IPA, my neighbor would love this stuff. I gave an extra overall point for a fine made lager. Sam’s Club 12 pack
