Slight haze on this rich gold beer. Tidy cream coloured head. Palate is light and crisp. Minerals. Nice pale malt, not too slavishly lager like! Mild citrus hops in the background. Finishes crisp with more minerals and a carbonated bite. Decent lager. crisp. Devoid of the usual lager pitfalls and refreshing too boot!

Can, 16oz. A two-finger white head forms over an almost clear, golden body. The aroma has a nice peachy, light resiny and fruity scent, with some pale malts blending in. The flavor has a decent bitterness, some peachy, piney hop flavors and a little touch of pale malts. Medium body, soft carbonation and quite dry. Oranges, pine cones and some generic fruityness in the end. Overall, much nice than what I expected when pulling it from the cooler, didn’t notice the brewery then, as it was stuck between loads of bland pale lagers. Anyway, even considering it is a premium lager it’s a nice one. 130811
