hillfiiiiire (210), Atoka, Tennessee, USA Jun 29, 2008 Copper colored with a fluffy white head. Pick up on the biscuits everyone mentions. Doughy aroma. Chewy malts that aren’t pleasant on the tongue. I didn’t really notice any hop character. All malt. Fairly thin on the palate. Enjoyable maybe for a session beer, but I definitely had some trouble at times getting this one down.
ChristianScheffel (2216), Odense, Denmark Oct 10, 2008 Golden with a small white head. Aroma of malt, with a burned plastic off-wnote. Sweet and grainy malty flavour, not as flawed as the aroma. troyc (976), Lubbock, Texas, USA Oct 9, 2008 (Bottle) Pours a golden color with a small white head. Slight citrus in the nose. Light malts as well. Taste includes some citrus zest, biscuity malts and some light crisp hops. Average mouthfeel and palate. For a low calorie/alcohol beer, this is pretty tasty. lumpsowers (87), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA Sep 29, 2008 Coppery pale color, good lacing, low head. Crisp, citrus hops, lemon/lime floral nose.Slightly watery, good for summer. DrHomolka (601), Columbus, Ohio, USA Sep 28, 2008 12oz best by Oct31. Pours a clear, filtered golden color with a small fizzy white head. Good lacing, bad retention. Aroma is lemon, lime, sprite, citrusy, all subtle. Herbal and fruity, pilsner malt, light cereal, slightly malty. Mostly lemon lime though. Taste is water. Not much else. Pretty gosh darn flavorless. No body either. I was going to give this a chance based on its uniqueness but it’s just water. alraicercsu (106), Ft.Collins, Colorado, USA Sep 27, 2008 On tap at brewery. Pours a clear orange color with a white head. Smells of malt and a bit citrus. Tastes similar to smell with a bit of tartness that is sort of a toss up between good and bad.
