Draft. Floral flavors with a honey flavored back bone. Medium body. Not much to speak of in terms of aroma.

Bottle from Fred Meyer. Lightly hazy straw color. Nose is somewhat sweet with some wheat and fruitiness. Crisp grainy wheat flavor with a bit of creaminess to it. A little bit of spiciness in the finish. Not bad for the style.

Bottle: It poured a hazy light yellow color with two fingers of head in a pint glass. The aroma was citrus (lemon and grapefruit) and hay. The taste is mildly bitter with a clean light body finish. Very easy to drink.

Bottle shared at chriso’s Post-GBBF Shindig 2014 - London. Pours cloudy yellow with a bubbly white head. Nice and citrusy, with some sugary wheat and mild bitter hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with notes of dry lemon rind, pale bread. Fine.

06.22.14 Enjoy by date. Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a tumbler on 04.21.14. A: 1 finger head. Straw yellow with a yeast cloud at the top. S: Lemon, flower. Sweet smelling. T: Lemon, wheat. M: Creamy smooth. O: The flowery hops are just too subtle. There is not much complexity here, either. It did taste good, not great, but it was drinkable.

Bottle. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is hazy light to medium yellow. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (grain, corn starch), lightly hoppy (herbs), with a strong note of lemon zest/juice. Flavor is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter, slightly husky/starchy. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. It’s more or less a one-trick pony in the nose, lemon is by far the most dominant odor, and the malt is rather crude/rough/starchy as well. Quite tart in the mouth, but in a refreshing way, nicely balanced...sadly the aftertaste is kind of grainy/husky/starchy, as portended by the nose. Light and watery as well. Average or so.

12 oz bottle. It pours a hazy pale yellow color with a very small quickly vanishing white head. It has a slightly sour aroma with a bit of wheat and lemon. This beer is very nice. I really want to try it again when it’s warmer outside. It tastes like banana, clove, lemon & citrus with a sour lemon aftertaste. I’m glad I bought this and would buy it again.

The lacto aspect is an interesting surprise, and not too much. Reminiscent of Berliner Weiss etc. I can see how this would be very refreshing and satisfying on a hit day.
