3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a light gold with a small white head with beautiful cascading bubbles. Nose is mostly hops. Very creamy on the palate, the taste is more hop forward than most Belgium ales. There is very little yeasty flavor as expected- taste is more akin to a Pilsner. A good tasting beer but not typical for the style. Pairs well with pretzels or nuts.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at the CO airport. Pours almost clear amber with a thick, frothy off white head. Tastes like very light malt, grains, bready, grassy, creamy. Low/medium body and carbonation. Smells like creamy, grassy wheat and malt.

3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle from Heinens. Extremely clear pale gold with flat white head and lace. Nice spicy bready aroma with a hint of marshmallow sweetness. Some tart fruity sweetness with mildly assertive grassy bitterness. High carbonation. This is a beginnerís Belgian-style beer, but still not as good as even Leffe Blond. Who would filter a Belgian yeast this much?

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 ounce bottle into signature globe glass, best before 5/25/2014. Pours fairly crystal clear golden straw color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, white grape, light banana, cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, light clove, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of malt, hop, and yeast ester notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, pear, apple, white grape, light banana, cracker, bread, light honey, herbal, floral, grass, clove, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light earthy herbal/floral bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, pear, apple, white grape, cracker, bread, light honey, clove, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice and pleasant flavors with good balance of malt, hop, and yeast ester; with a good malt/yeast flavor balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a very smooth and crisp mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a good Belgian blonde ale. Good balance of hop, malt, and yeast ester flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A pleasantly enjoyable offering.

2.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Poured in a wide glass with medium white head. Nice citrus start with a light refreshing body and good bitter palate. Good seasonal overall but nothing really special.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Clear golden color with a large, foamy white head. Grassy, lemon zest aroma. The initial flavors are sweet, with a hint of apricot juice. Dry, floral bitter finish Average carbonation with a thin, dry texture. Certainly drinkable and nothing wrong with this beer, just a little too plain.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz bottle pours with a crystal clear gold body that supports a white head. The aroma offers up sweet smelling fruity esters like red apple slices and pears to go along with mild doughy note mixed with yeasty spices. The taste is rather fruity esters forward like the nose where Iím getting sweet pears and apples that eventually blend with a hodge podge of yeasty spices and floral hops. The hops lean more toward bitter into the finish to help fight off the sweetness thatís going on here.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Easy drinking Ale, that lacks a little complexity. Pours clear and golden with smallish white head. Little bit of malt and slightly bitter finish. Not a bad beer, just not a great one.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Appearance has a light golden yellow supporting a white head slowly dissipating leaving fair lace. Smell is very light of Belgian spice from the yeast and a notable malt aroma. Taste is again light in the Belgian spice and having a nice balance with the malt and hops. Mouthfeel is medium light with good carbonation. A nice easy drinker for the upcoming spring.
