Mar 21, 2008 Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium white head. Aroma of malt, cloves, citrus and grains. Taste is sweet of malt, fruits and herbs. Finish is dry and slightly bitter.

Oct 15, 2008 A yellow pour with creamy white head and lace. Aroma not bad but nothing really stands out. Good bitter with some breadiness and I think oak? Foamy and medium bodied but not bad at all.

Feb 7, 2007 Hazy and pale gold with a white medium head and light carbonation. Smells of flowers, lemons, spices, and citrus. Sweet, hoppy and fruity with a smooth cool finish. Goo, fruity and refreshing - an unusual beer.

Feb 11, 2007 12 ounce bottles. I like this beer, very subtle flavor however, nothing immediately stands out. Fairly carbonated, light hops, moderate yeast flavor. I liked it a lot, very drinkable. Herby, spicy taste present is unique.

Jan 25, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Very unique, I’ve never had a beer quite like this before. Pours a pale cloudy yellow. Fizzy mouthfeel with citrus notes. Aroma: Tough to say (I have a cold), but there seems to be a hint of lemon.

Jun 23, 2008 Bottle, thin white head that dissipates quickly. Carbonated. Very light yellow, almost clear color. Lightly hoppy aroma, taste is a bit muddled but nice and crisp. Nice summer beer.
