Derrick17 (10), Colorado, USA Mar 13, 2007 Updated: Mar 26, 2007 I found this beer a nice change of pace for NBB. I really liked the flavors that this beer gives, along with the great nose. I found it easy to drink on these warmer spring days here in Colorado where we still have a little nip in the air. Nice sourness with a dry finish. Well done.
decaturstevo (1302), decatur, Tennessee, USA Oct 15, 2008 A yellow pour with creamy white head and lace. Aroma not bad but nothing really stands out. Good bitter with some breadiness and I think oak? Foamy and medium bodied but not bad at all. djd07 (356), Houston, Texas, USA Sep 13, 2008 Bottle. Pours a pale yellow golden color with a small frothy white head. The aroma is a sour wheat and light malt. Decent spotty lacing on the glass. The taste is a hoppy citrus and spice with a dry finish. A decent herb brew from New Belgium. Theis (2212), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 9, 2008 Bottle at NB. Cloudy yellow - white head. Fruity, light malty, light wheaty, spicy, pilsner malts, herbal, light sweetness, freshness. OK !!! charlotte (1294), Vanløse, Denmark Sep 8, 2008 Hazy yellow colour with medium head, aroma is slight sour and spicy.I really like this beer with some odd berries like goji and schisandra gives this beer a summer fresh taste. Jarrid (19), Hot Springs, Arkansas, USA Aug 31, 2008 I was more impressed with what it was brewed with more than anything. It is decent, and I am glad I tried it out. Nothing special, though.
