Pours a light watery yellow. Aroma is slightly metallic with a faint malt nose. Taste is clean, crisp and dry. An odd buttery flavor on the palate with a bitterness that dissipates quickly. Minor grass flavor and easy drinking beer.

Very clear yellow pour with barely visible wisps of clearish head. Very sweet and grainy on both the nose and flavor, but not syrupy sweet. More profound flavor than a bud or genny cream. Ever so slight pils hop bit on the finish. Decent alternate for the bmc crowd, but not something I want to drink again.

12 oz bottle. Can pretty much count on NB to make beers that are spot on for the style. This just isn’t my style. Maybe all the IPA’s have made the light lagers just meh. Pours a pale golden color. Nice tight white head and very active carbonation. Taste is clean and crisp but not much in the flavor department. German hops quite subdued when compared to the ’merican versions. Might reach for one after mowing the lawn or on the beach. Might. Not much better than your average mass produced beers.

Draft pour at Special Brews. Pours clear yellow color with a nearly abesent aroma. Maybe a light grain. Corny, grassy flavor with a super dry finish. Super light and super easy drinking summer style beer. Not bad.

Poured a pale yellow, aromas of grain, malt, and light lemon. Flavors matched the aromas, a decent basic helles.

Draft. Pale yellow color, almost clear, fluffy white head. Aroma of scallions! Taste is bitter and lager-like.

It poured a clear pale yellow color with a small white head. The aroma was of yeast, light grain notes, light lemon and spice. The taste was similar with a light body, crisp and dry aftertaste.

Draught. Pours a clear golden color with a moderate white head on there. Nose has some corn elements to it as well as some slight wheat. Taste is slightly sweet and moderately corn-filled, but only OK at an overall evaluation. Really just reminds me of a run-of-the-mill lager.

bottle. Poured clear, very pale yellow with a white receding head. Sweet hay aroma. Body is light and dry, crisp carbonation. Flavour of grainy wheat with a sour note, sticky dry finish.
