12oz bottle from Warehouse or Five Points, summer 2014. Golden pour under a small off-white head, mild lacing. Grainy aroma, hay, straw, a bit of grass, a wisp of lemon. Bland flavor, but relatively inoffensive, malty, grainy, doughy pale malts, a bit of lemon, a touch sweet. Not bad.

Twelve ounce bottle from mix six pack purchased at Delhi Walgreens. Light yellow color with good clarity, aroma like a pale lager only better, light to moderate bittersweet flavor with some earthy malt character and a hint of lemon. Nice summertime drink. Tasted on July 4, 2014.

A lightly hazed blonde lager with a thin white head. In aroma, biscuit aroma with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, light biscuit malt with grassy hops, light honey notes, OK.

Bottle, found in the fridge at a friends Christmas party (score!). Medium yellow gold, average white head. Grainy aroma, a touch of bready yeast. Same on the palate, finishing with a whiff of green hop character.

Smells of pissy hay and some bitter essence. Appearance is light, with decent head. Taste is fairly neutral... a bit of odd bready butter, but not bad. Boy, is this one smooth.. Were it not for that off taste, a 5/5 in palate. Wouldn’t go out of my way for it, but would drink again.

Very light yellow color, some small head. Very thin body and flavor, a little grassy but barely that. Finishes light, swift, easy to forget. Added it to a chili we were making, but I can’t imagine that it will improve the chili much. Bottle.

Pours a light watery yellow. Aroma is slightly metallic with a faint malt nose. Taste is clean, crisp and dry. An odd buttery flavor on the palate with a bitterness that dissipates quickly. Minor grass flavor and easy drinking beer.

Butters (3898) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - SEP 24, 2014
Very clear yellow pour with barely visible wisps of clearish head. Very sweet and grainy on both the nose and flavor, but not syrupy sweet. More profound flavor than a bud or genny cream. Ever so slight pils hop bit on the finish. Decent alternate for the bmc crowd, but not something I want to drink again.
