Does it get any sunnier than two people in love? Sunshine Wheat came into the world as Wedding Wheat, a beer Jeff brewed in celebration of his wedding to Kim. A filtered wheat beer, Sunshine Wheat swirls in the mouth with ripples of coriander and orange peel tartness, settling into a sea of honey and apple tones.

Draught, smallish head, light hazy deepish yellow color, spicey and light orange aroma, with a hint of wheat, citrusy wheaty flavor. ;ight to medium bitterness with a sour hint. Drinkable but a little muted and not too interesting.

I had this on draft at adnielsenís wedding, which makes adnielsenís wedding a valid place entry on RateBeer. I always scrolled past this stuff in the store but it is a pretty damn decent beer along the lines of a more subtle (and better) Blue Moon. Itís cloudy orange w/ a nice, fresh citrus and floral nose. Thereís some mild yeast character w/ a bit of sweet orange and a light, creamy texture. I could definitely see myself drinking a lot of them--because I did.

Tasted in Breckenridge. Served in shaker with slice of lemon on the rim. Very clear in appearance. Thin sustained white head. Aroma was very faint citrus, light and airy - since filtered loses much of the phenols found in an unfiltered. Fairly watery taste - again citrus, but too light for my palate.

On tap at the Blue Canyon B&G in Golden, CO, this pours translucent straw into the glass with a tiny ring of suds that follow the pour. A faint wheat to the nose. Flavors are light wheat and grain, a very small amount of coriander and finish with tiny spice notes, very curt. Extremely light in the mouth, the zesty carbonation provides for a thirst quencher in the hot summer sun. Not bad for the style, but could be a tad more complex. Just this side of seltzery. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Its a golden ale that is light and tasty from the jump. This smell like summer and wins me over every day.

Old rating. Decent wheat beer. Some hay, slightly bitter, slight fruit sweetness. Light, golden, easy drinker.
