COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Does it get any sunnier than two people in love? Sunshine Wheat came into the world as Wedding Wheat, a beer Jeff brewed in celebration of his wedding to Kim. A filtered wheat beer, Sunshine Wheat swirls in the mouth with ripples of coriander and orange peel tartness, settling into a sea of honey and apple tones.

Extremely bubbly, light yellow color, fairly clear. Clean, sweet spearmint aroma. Clean and minty on the palate, fruity lemon flavors are very light. Dry in the finish. This was a complete disappointment because the label suggested something like a Hoegaarden but it's not close. Virtually no haze, lacking in flavor and aroma and thin on the palate. If I wasn't expecting a wit but a filtered US wheat I might have rated higher.

Good marks on this beer. First off, I was drinking an icy bottle on the veranda of an old Dallas bar, under the live oaks. Just about any beer would have done the trick, but at 90% humidity and 95 degrees F, this was particularly refreshing. Good fruity wheat aroma, without being funky. Didn't really get the whole appearance, as I was drinking out of a bottle. Clear, and I like the yoke around the neck of the bottle. To-the-point label. Zesty coriander and orange, fruity beer. Zippy carbonation in the palate, and a good mouthfeel. This tasted like wit, but it was totally clear-filtered. This would have done nicely with a slice of citrus, but I chose not to take one.

real pale yellow body. big white head disappeared too quickly, nice belgian lace though. Light, sweet belgian wheat with coriander and citrus notes, some fruity esters. Sticky sweet, slick, spicy and wheaty. silky smooth then cloys. Some dry cereal grain and more light, tart spiciness on finish. +

Color is extremly light gold with a light white head. aroma is wheaty. Flavor is really fruity, citrusy, and wheaty with a light and crisp palate.

extreme pale yellow color with lots of clouding. no head, no lacing. slight wheat nose. very light, refreshing and almost flat to the taste. hints of lemon and some citrus come thru in the taste. clean and refreshing finish.

Bottle. A light golden color with plenty of rising bubbles and a foamy white head. A little sweeet citrus and malt in the aroma. Smooth and sweet but not a lot of flavor for a witbier.

Didn't taste like a true Belgium white. leans more on an American Wheat. Still a great beer, an easy-drinking style. Floral nose. Hints of orange, grassy in the taste. Goes down smooth, great beer. Tasted many samples, freshness is the key.

Very good, I am impressed with this. maltly aroma and not too bitter with a orangy aftertaste that really sets this beer off from the rest.

My favorite draft beer ever. Fruity aroma, mild bitterness, and a wonderful aftertase of orange rinds and coriander. Best served chilled, not cold.

Light caramel malty aroma with a touch of coriander. Clear golden body and small ring of white foam. Very mellow flavor with some spice and a medium bitter finish. Decent Belgian wit, but could have more character.
