Pale gold body having a steady stream of rising bubbles supporting a fluffy white head, this has an aroma of coriander and wheat. Citrus flavors are lightly added to the flavor and it finishes on a dry, almost powdery note. Drinkable, but I’d rather have one of the "heavier-bodied heffe-weizens" (?) mentioned in the commercial description.

Jul 4, 2008 draft at papago.... clear yellow pour with a foamy white head. lots of orange on the nose... concentrated juice and zest along with grass and grain. citric tang mixes with light grainy sweetness on the palate. light spiciness on the finish and lingering yeasty dryness in the aftertaste. light to medium body with a crisp mouth feel. it’s cold and refreshing...

Jun 29, 2008 Warm bread and honey nose. Medium foamy head, yellow gold with light translucent quality. Slight honey cracker sweetness, mild hop bitterness, good balance. Big carbonation, light-medium body, long toasted biscuit finish. All around pleasant wheat beer, easy drinking, yet has a little elegance.
