3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
A slight bittersweet aroma accompanies the carbonated head of this glass of beer. Unusually clear and golden for a wheat, you can only see small traces of yeast suspended in the glass. Its sweet with a citrus tartness that is all its own. It finishes off nicely with a hop/apple aftertaste. Bottom line...I liked it.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draught, smallish head, light hazy deepish yellow color, spicey and light orange aroma, with a hint of wheat, citrusy wheaty flavor. ;ight to medium bitterness with a sour hint. Drinkable but a little muted and not too interesting.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
I had this on draft at adnielsen’s wedding, which makes adnielsen’s wedding a valid place entry on RateBeer. I always scrolled past this stuff in the store but it is a pretty damn decent beer along the lines of a more subtle (and better) Blue Moon. It’s cloudy orange w/ a nice, fresh citrus and floral nose. There’s some mild yeast character w/ a bit of sweet orange and a light, creamy texture. I could definitely see myself drinking a lot of them--because I did.

2.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Tasted in Breckenridge. Served in shaker with slice of lemon on the rim. Very clear in appearance. Thin sustained white head. Aroma was very faint citrus, light and airy - since filtered loses much of the phenols found in an unfiltered. Fairly watery taste - again citrus, but too light for my palate.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at the Blue Canyon B&G in Golden, CO, this pours translucent straw into the glass with a tiny ring of suds that follow the pour. A faint wheat to the nose. Flavors are light wheat and grain, a very small amount of coriander and finish with tiny spice notes, very curt. Extremely light in the mouth, the zesty carbonation provides for a thirst quencher in the hot summer sun. Not bad for the style, but could be a tad more complex. Just this side of seltzery.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a lightly hazed golden amber color with a two finger head of billowy white foam. The head fades super fast leaving just a trace of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell –The aroma of the beer mostly of a wheaty smell mixed with some other aromas of yeast and a moderate sum of an orange, peach and pear smell. Along with these aromas are some other smells of a light grassy and hay-like nature as well a hint of a lemon citrus.
Taste – The taste begins with a wheaty and slightly bready taste that is accompanied by some flavors of orange and pear. A yeastiness and grassiness develop more and more as the taste advances, bringing with them a little bit of a coriander spice. As the taste moves onto the end, some grainy flavors and a little bit of hay work their way onto the tongue, leaving one with a moderately sweet, but still rather nice and crisp wheaty flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is rather thin with a carbonation level that is on the slightly higher side. For the lighter abv. and flavor profile of the brew, the feel is quite appropriate and makes for an easy drinking brew overall.
Overall – A decent wheat ale here. Rather easy drinking with a good level of flavor. Not a bad summer style, more session like brew.
